Clinical Analysis Of Adolescent Ovarian Tumors

Objective Analysis and summarize the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment ofadolescence ovarian tumors,to improve the early diagnostic rate and the prognosis of them.Methods A retrospective analysis is performed on105patients of aged from10to19withOvarian tumors in our department between January2007and December2012.analyze itsincidence, clinical features, pathological types, auxiliary examination, treatment andfollow-up.Results Mostly puberty ovarian tumors in treatment with abdominal pain,accounted for48.57%.27cases without any symptoms line just were found by medical ultrasound findingswhen took healthy examination.when the diameter of Ovarian tumor was greater than10cmwill increase the incidence of malignant and border tumors. Ultrasound images score haveobvious effect on estimate the properties of ovarian tumor.before surgery.105cases ofpuberty ovarian tumor, benign tumor occupied93cases (88.57%), malignant tumor occupied8cases (7.61%) borderline tumors occupied4cases (3.8%).The type organization creditswere germ cell tumor occupied51cases (48.57%). Tumor disorders occupied27cases(25.71%), epithelial tumors occupied25cases (23.80%) and sex cord stromal tumor cellsoccupied1case (0.95%).all patients were performed surgical treatment and tookexamination of intraoperative frozen and postoperative pathologic, the accurate rate to thefinal result was94.28%(99/105).88cases of Benign ovarian tumor were given ovariancystectomy,5cases were given oophorectomy4cases borderline ovarian tumor and3ofthem were given ovarian cystectomy,1cases were given the uterus+greater omentum+appendectomy+oophorectomy.8cases of malignant tumor were performed to retainreproductive function operation,6cases of them had postoperative chemotherapy for PVB or PEB after operation.Conclusion Mostly puberty ovarian tumors in treatment with abdominal pain and the next isfound by took healthy examination.so we should pay much attention to census of departmentof gynaecology for female adolescents,ultrasound is helpful to determine the nature of tumorand should be as the preferred auxiliary examination of diagnosis tumor markers checkshould be as a routine inspection for ovarian tumors and if combined with clinical symptomsit can better determine the nature of tumor. Adolescence operation method both benign andmalignant ovarian tumors patients should try to retain reproductive function. For the firsttime found that female adolescents area such as a cystic mass in the attachment and considersample for ovarian tumor-like lesions can be temporarily not surgery, continuous dynamicreview of ultrasound for it.Malignant tumor surgery should be given standard chemotherapy,and we need to strengthen the follow-up of patients with malignant tumor.
