ObjectiveThrough the investigation and study on a certain number of central air conditioning ventilation system in office buildings, to understand the setting and layout, system of administration, daily operation and maintenance management of central air conditioning ventilation system in office buildings nowadays, to master the health status and health quality of indoor environment of central air conditioning ventilation system, to find the problems in the management of central air conditioning ventilation system and the mainly influence factors of health quality in office environment, and to carry on analysis and discussion of the present situation. The purpose is to seek effective ways and measures to solve, for health administrative departments to carry out health supervision and provide reference guide, to increase management ability and health safety standards of central air conditioning ventilation system in office buildings.MethodsThis study randomly selected6office buildings use central air conditioning system, by means of accessing to central air conditioning system design and as-built drawings, investigation carried out on the basic types, quantity and components of central air conditioning by using questionnaire forms, understanding the human resources structure, professional knowledge, health management awareness, the daily operation and maintenance management by spot inquiry and critical control point inspection. At the same time, we will also carry out on-site inspection of the environmental quality of central air conditioning system and the hygienic quality of indoor environment, to investigate on subjective evaluation of indoor environment air quality by a certain number of office staff, to inspection of indoor and outdoor environment and the PM2.5, in order to fully understand the health status of central air conditioning ventilation system in office buildings at present.ResultsNowadays central air conditioning ventilation system in office buildings already in use didn’t transact hygienic evaluation of construction project and acceptance of completion. It led to the consequences such as fresh air not directly from outdoor and control room doubles as a mixing box. Moreover, there are many problems, such as managerial staff do not acquire the knowledge of central air conditioning and health management; little of Health consciousness, health management and health institution is not perfect; the basic knowledge of the normal supply, cooling water of air disinfection meaning are not understudied. Found through the key control point inspection, the daily operation of central air conditioning maintenance measures are unqualified, the cleaning and disinfection is confined only to air filtration and purification equipment (The filter net, filter and purifier) and send, back, new, outlet protection facilities and cooling tower, lack of sustained cooling water disinfection measures, wind dust, dust microbes and legionella pneumophila. Due to the impact of other factors such as smoking indoors, indoor PM2.5average concentration was significantly higher than the average concentration of PM2.5in outdoor air.ConclusionWe should first of all from the legislation, formulate the regulations and standards.
