Objective:Discusses the CCND1gene polymorphism in the Uygur and Han n ational minority breast cancer’s distribution and with the breast cancer susceptivity relations. Method:Using the polymerase chain reaction-restrictive fragment lengt h polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method, examines134Uygur breast cancer patient,138Uygur normal,121Han patient and128Han normal CCND1G870A position sp ot polymorphism analysis, analyzes this spot polymorphism and the breast cancer s usceptivity relations and the immunoprotein expression relations.Results:The CCND1G870A polymorphism in Uygur patients and control group with significant differe nt(P<0.05).In Han no statistically significant differences(.P>0.05).Between the two pa tients group no difference,also the control group(.P>0.05). In Uygur, compared with CG、AG genotype was associated with increased risk of breast carcinoma occurre nee (OR2.545,95%CI1.456-4.450, P<0.05).In Han, compared with G allele.eithe r heterozygous or mutant,The risk of breast cancer were ststistically significant diff erence carrying A allele(P>0.05). In Uygur,CCND1G870A polymorphism was asso ciated with tumor stage and ER,In Han, CCND1G870A polymorphism was associa ted with and ER(P>0.05).Conclusion:CCND1G870A polymorphism no significant difference between two ethnic.The Uigur,CCND1G870A polymorphism may be asso ciated with the susceptibility to breast cancer,AG genetype may be the susceptible gene,While Han,there was no significantassoistion between CCND1G870A polymorp hism and breast cancer susceptibility.
