Two Kinds Of Locking Plate For Treatment Of Proximal Humerus Fractures Elderly

Objective:To discuss the cilinical curative effect of the treatment of recurrent dislocation of artificial hip joint with Constrained Liner. Methods:From November2011to February2013,7cases of dislocation after hip arthroplasty were treated with constrained liner, There were2males and5females, mean age of66years (range52to78),1case was recurrent anterior dislocation,5case was recerrent posterior dislocation, There were lease dislocation4times after surgery20days, Another lcace were recurrent dislocation(5times) after5months,5case were recurrent dislocation nearly half a year after more than2years. There were3case resulted from femoral head necrosis, Another4case were femoral head fracture.1case was take anterolateral approach,5case take posterolateral approach. All of them was implanted biological prosthesis. Results:All the7patients were followed up for an average of7(1to14) months, All of them healed without complications such as early prosthesis loosening and dislocation and prosthesis fracture. All patients recovery of daily life, There were not happened dislocation at the end of the follow-up, All of the patients subjective satisfaction was good. Conclusion: Constrained liner have good effective to the good prosthesis position with joint instability, To the imbalance of soft tissue around the joint especially weakness of abductor, To the recurrent dislocation were still found instability in the revision.
