| Objective:The use of SWOT through the analysis and research of Xinjiang private hospital present situation of the human resources will be faced management of private hospital in our region to provide useful countermeasures and suggestions. Methods:The study on the basis of the literature review, the Xinjiang private hospitals by employing the method of simple random sampling and stratified sampling.
