Objective:To assess the value of CT imaging combined with ultrasonography in identifying the value of parotid benign and malignant tumor, in order to improve the preoperative diagnostic rate, provides reference for clinical treatment。 Methods:To analyse the preoperative CT and ultrasound imaging data of117cases of parotid benign and malignant tumors, and diagnostic ultrasound, CT diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of the results were comparative analysis. Results:The lesion localization coincidence rate of CT reaches94.87%. The diagnostic accordance rate of CT reached77.78%, The diagnostic accordance rate of ultrasound reached78.67%, there were no significant differences between two imagings; The diagnosis coincidence rate of CT and ultrasound joint application reached89.74%(105/117), compared with single application of CT or ultrasound, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Combining both methods in diagnosis of parotid gland tumor is superior to both the independent applications. Conclusion:The features of benign and malignant parotid gland tumors with the location, shape, border, aggressive, and lymph node metastasis are significantly different, CT and ultrasound on the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of parotid tumors have a high value. Combining both methods can improve the diagnosis coincidence rate of the parotid benign and malignant tumor.
