| Objective:To discuss the characteristic of ultrasonic image of tumor of thyroid so as to increasc its accuracy to the disorder.Methods:Ultrasound Detect Thyroid Cancer Sonographic characteristics of the use of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of 30 cases of thyroid tumor patients analyzed retrospectively,and its histopathological type comparison,classification, identification of the main points raised.Results:The results of 30 cases of thyroid tumor ultrasound diagnosis and surgical and pathological findings consistent with the rate of 83.33%(25/30),one of the diagnosis of thyroid adenoma in line with the rate of 85.18%(23/27),thyroid cancer diagnosis rate was 66.6%(2/3),30 cases misdiagnosed as tumor in the thyroid gland has two cases of simple cysts,three cases of nodular goiter. Sonographic features:23 cases of thyroid adenoma mixed internal echo-based,morphological rules,boundary clear,smooth,often silent rear attenuation,at one of the tumor showed a complete halo around the 15 cases,the internal echo was substantive,such as echo and 18 cases of low echo-based,strong echo type 3 cases,mixed cystic and solid two cases.One of the pathological results of 17 cases of follicular adenoma,papillary adenoma,5 cases of fetal-type 1 cases of adenoma.2 cases of thyroid cancer nodule diameter line 0.9—3.4cm,thyroid cancer to low-echo-based, boundary ambiguity,often rear attenuation,internal and with irregular patterns of liquefaction,calcification;one of one cases of papillary carcinoma,follicular Example 1-like adenocarcinoma.
