Objective To explore the factors that affect the low intensityultrasound for lochia time after caesarean section.Methods160patients after caesarean section were in initiatedcoverage at this study. They were divided into treatment group (group thatwoman accepted low intensity ultrasound sonication) and the controlgroup.16patients were out of touch during the follow-up, so there were144patients were in initiated coverage at this analysis. Age, number ofpregnancies, BMI and the postpartum uterine height are also divided intodifferent groups. Compare the differences between the treatment group andcontrol group of bloody lochia time and serous lochia time whichinfluenced by those factors. Results Compare the differences between the treatment group andcontrol group, there are statistical differences (P<0.05) on the bloodylochia time with age from29to31, pregnancy number≥3and postpartumuterine height<20cm.And there are statistical differences (P<0.05) bothon the bloody lochia time and the serous lochia time with BMI from25to 30kg/cm2.There are no statistical differences between the other groups. Conclusions Age, number of pregnancies,BMI and the postpartumuterine height have influence on the effectiveness of low intensityultrasound for bloody lochia time after caesarean section.Except BMI,otherfactors have no influencing on the effectiveness of low intensity ultrasoundfor serous lochia time after caesarean section.
