| ObjectiveTo investigate the practical application of ultrasound guided of spinal canal anesthesia for cesarean delivery maternal,and comparing with traditional palpation puncture method,in order to obtained the better puncture method.Methods78 patients undergoing elective cesarean delivery of maternal were randomly divided into two groups: the ultrasound group(n = 41)and the control group(n = 37).For ultrasound group,we used ultrasound guided to perform anesthesia,and for control group,by manipulating the physician experienced to palpation to perform anesthesia.ResultsCompared with the control group,ultrasound group had a higher puncture success rate(p<0.05),and puncture time of ultrasound group was obviously less than control group(p<0.05),the number of puncture of ultrasound group was obviously less than control group(p<0.05),the maternal complications after puncture of ultrasound group was obviously less than control group(p<0.05).ConclusionThe intraspinal anesthesia under ultrasound-guiding can significantly improve the success rate of puncture,reduce the time of puncture,reduce the complications after puncture,and have better puncture effect. |
