Objective: Through the secondary gynecologic surgery, inductionthe seen when the gynecologic surgery to analyse the related factors toReduce the occurrence of adhesion after surgery. Methods: Observed the incidence of adhesion after cesarean sectionof the150patients who were after cesarean section due to gynecologicaldiseases or repeat cesarean section after cesarean section in the secondhospital of Jilin university from March2010to December2011, andthrough the American reproductive association adhesion (AFS) evaluationclassification adhesion degree.Through the retrospective analyse thepatients age, cesarean section for the first time whether the trialproduction, the degree of openness of the cervix, the choice of theabdominal incision, meconium-stained situation, choose the timing ofcesarean delivery were retrospectively analyzed, looking forpostoperative adhesion related factors. Results: Analysis shows that150patients which patients with noadhesion54cases; Score of1~4points of45patients;5~8points in33patients who,9~11points of18cases. The rate of after cesarean sectionadhesion is64%, which in sever adhesions(5~11points) about53.12%(51/96).Through the principal component analysis and the single factoranalysis shows there is significant correlation between the formation ofadhesions after cesarean section of the type of abdominal incision, themeconium-stained situation and the degree of openness of thecervix..Which the abdominal wall in patients with transverse incision in56cases, through the AFS evaluation classification adhesion degree more then5points about48.21%(27/56), vertical incision94patients, but AFSdegree more then5points adhesions only14.89%(14/94); patients withamniotic fluid III meconium staining, AFS degree more then5pointsaccounting for58.82%(30/51), II degree meconium staining in patientswith AFS degree more then5points around19.61%(10/51),I degree ofmeconium staining in patients with AFS degree more then5pointsaccounted for about13.73%(7/51). The patients with cervical dilationto full is higher adhesion than the cervix is not full expansion.StatisticallyP <0.05, we can considere statistically significant pelvic adhesions andcervical dilation. Conclusion:We should do well propaganda education work to reducing cesareansection rate, thus reducing cesarean section of a series of problems causedby adhesion. The formation of pelvic adhesions after cesarean section isclosely related to the amniotic fluid of the first cesarean section and thechoice of abdominal incision. We should carefully select the type ofcesarean section incision, should be minimized the environmentalexposure intraoperative amniotic fluid and pelvic to improve the qualityof the first cesarean section to reduce the formation of pelvic adhesions of,and reduce the difficulty of reoperation.
