Research background and purpose:gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumor in our country and the world, in recent years, the incidence of cancer of the stomach is on the decline in worldwide trend, but the mortality of gastric cancer in our country is as high as25.2/100000, is still the first place of all kinds of malignant tumor, the onset process is long and complicated, now its treatment effect is still not ideal, early diagnosis and early treatment is the key to improve the curative effect of gastric cancer. Today all kinds of personalized treatment of cancer of the stomach and the occurrence of concept of gene targeting treatment, at the molecular level of gastric cancer related gene expression pattern, will provide new for early diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer, and helps to assess the prognosis of gastric cancer patients, so as to improve the therapeutic effect of gastric cancer. MicroRNAs are a class of widely exists in various organisms, no coding protein single small RNA. A lot of research confirmed that MicroRNAs involved in regulating tumor related genes, affect tumor cell growth, proliferation and metastasis. Different tumors have different miRNA expression levels and patterns, part of the expression of MicroRNAs situation in the different differentiation status, staging, and prognosis of tumor also exist dynamic changes, and be able to show that the source of tumor tissue, can for clinical early diagnosis, symptomatic treatment of the tumor to provide reasonable basis. A growing number of MicroRNAs molecules have been found by people, the miRNA-17, the miRNA-186, the miRNA-340in gastric cancer development plays an important role. The purpose of this paper is to research the miRNA-155in gastric cancer tissue and relatively normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma cancer tissue (distance distance is greater than5cm) of the expression and significance. Discuss the patients with gastric cancer staging, age, tumor invasion depth, the relationship between the degree of tumor differentiation and TNM, offers a new research approach for the treatment of gastric cancerMaterials and methods:Collected in March2012to September2012xiangya2nd hospital gastrointestinal surgical resection specimens, a total of35cases of gastric cancer, each case preoperative did not accept put, chemotherapy, each corresponding to a relatively normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma as control, using quantitative PCR detection of gastric cancer tissue and the corresponding relatively normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma of gastric cancer miRNA-155differentially expressed.Result:the miRNA-155expression in gastric cancer tissue samples was0.86±0.27, normal gastric tissue adjacent to carcinoma express0.36±0.13(P<0.05); MiRNA-155expression level and patient’s gender, age and degree of differentiation, invasion had no significant of correlation and there is no obvious correlation between vascular invasion (P>0.05).Have the MiRNA-155the expression level of lymph node metastasis group was obviously higher than that of group without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), and increases with increased clincal stage, stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ is significantly higher than Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P<0.05).Conclusion:The miRNA-155in patients with gastric cancer tissues compared expression and tissue adjacent to carcinoma, there is an obvious rise, and is closely related to the transfer of patients with gastric cancer, to provide the basis for clinical tumor diagnosis and treatment.
