Research On The Influence Of Statistics Information On The Scientific Management Of Hospital

With the further reformation of China’s medical and health system, a highly modern hospital largely depends on the statistics information. Whether a hospital can survive depends largely on the decision made by managers and their capabilities to collect statistics information. In order to make the right decisions, the managers must rely on hospital statistics department having professional abilities of crawling statistics information. The improvement of statistical work is closely related to the level of hospitals’management and future development. With the aid of computer network communications, it can greatly improve the efficiency of statistical work and provide a basis for decision-making hospital administrators.Hospital management informatization construction is not only needed to have the infrastructure of hardware and software conditions to support, but also needed to establish a variety of systems, such as computer security, network management system, the duty system, contingency plans and other systems, which is to ensure the medical activities running smoothly. At the same time, it is also necessary to train the related staff to use the software for the promise to further statistic analysis.How can we improve the quality of statistical information and promote the scientific management level of the hospital is the question that we should do our outmost to solve. In our paper, we take the primary hospital Dayi County People’s Hospital for example, which undergo tremendous changes on the content, form and function of statistical data through the introduction of a new information management system and a series of reform measures on hospital statistics management. The scientific, comprehensive, accurate and timely statistical data improve the level of the hospital management and promote the development and progress of the hospital. This paper’s analysis based on the foundation of the case with the reform experience,combined with the specific problems faced by hospitals and characteristics of their own, made a number of comments and suggestions of primary hospital statistical information management reform,providing a prototype for other primary health care units in our country.
