Objective:To study the relationship between Hp infection and colorectal adenoma, colorectal carcinoma and the distribution of Hp infection in different ages, genders and nationalities. To investigate the relationship between Hp infection and the location, size, amount, pedicle and the pathological type of colorectal adenoma. Methods:The research objects were divided into colorectal adenoma group, colorectal carcinoma group and the normal control group according to the finding of colonoscopy examining, to compare the difference of Hp infection between colorectal adenoma group, colorectal carcinoma group and the normal control group. The colorectal adenoma group and colorectal carcinoma group were collectively called colorectal tumor group, and the situation of Hp infection in different ages, genders and nationalities was compared. Then, the colorectal adenoma group was divided into several groups according to the location, size, amount, pedicle and the pathological type of colorectal adenoma, to compare the difference of Hp infection between different groups. Results:The Hp infection rates of colorectal adenoma group(70.24%) and colorectal carcinoma group(63.24%) were all higher than the normal control group(53.41%), Chi-square values were5.147and5.637, and the values of P were all less than0.05. Chi-square values were2.061,2.889,1.392, and the values of P were all greater than0.05,when the Hp infection situation of different ages, genders and nationalities was compared in colorectal tumor group. Chi-square values were0.683,2.890,1.133,0.670,0.589, and the values of P were all greater than0.05,when the Hp infection situation of different location, size, amount, pedicle and the pathological type of colorectal adenoma was compared. Conclusion:The occurrence of colorectal tumor may be related to the Hp infection, Hp may be a active factor in the progression of colorectal tumor. There is no difference of Hp infection between different ages, genders and nationalities. There is no relationship between Hp infection and the location, size, amount, pedicle and the pathological type of colorectal adenoma.
