| Objective: To detect the levels of Ang-2 in the serum of patients with colorectal adenoma(CRA)and colorectal carcinoma(CRC),analyzing the differences between different pathological groups, and preliminary exploring the method of detecting serum Ang-2 levels to diagnose the early large intestine the clinical significance of colorectal carcinoma. Methods: 1.50 patients with CRA who were clearly diagnosed and qualified at the Affiliated Hospital of Qing Hai University from May 2018 to July 2019 were collected, and 30 patients with CRC were used as the test group;2.50 patients of healthy people during the same period were collected as the control group;3.All subjects were tested for serum Ang-2 and CEA concentrations.Data were analyzed statistically. Results: 1.The serum Ang-2 level in the colorectal cancer group was larger than that in the adenoma group and the healthy control group(P <0.05).The serum Ang-2 level was also higher in the colorectal adenoma group than in the healthy control group(P <0.05).2.Analysis of serum Ang-2 levels in three groups of patients with gender and age differences, the results suggest that serum Ang-2 levels have no statistically significant difference with gender and age(P> 0.05)。3.There was no statistically significant difference in serum Ang-2 levels with Morson tissue typing of CRA that the degree of CRC cell differentiation, the depth of infiltration, the presence or absence of lymph nodes, and distant metastases(P> 0.05).4.The AUC of serum Ang-2 in the diagnosis of CRA was 0.828,the sensitivity was 86%,the specificity was 64%,and the optimal cutoff was 25.97ug/ml.There was no statistical difference of serum CEA in the diagnosis of CRA.The area under the curve for the diagnosis of CRC in serum Ang-2 levels was 0.918,the sensitivity was 90%,the specificity was 82%,and the optimal cutoff was 31.69ug/ml.When the serum Ang-2 combined with CEA was used to detect CRC,the AUC increased to 0.925.5.Serum Ang-2 and CEA were evaluated for consistency with pathological diagnosis.Kappa values obtained were 0.63 and 0.45,indicating that serum Ang-2 was highly consistent with pathological diagnosis and CEA was moderately consistent. Conclusions: The level of serum Ang-2 is different between healthy control group, colorectal adenoma group and colorectal cancer group, and it is gradually increasing.Serum Ang-2 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of CRC.2.The critical value of serum Ang-2 diagnosis of CRA is 25.97ug/ml.Serum Ang-2 is more valuable than CEA diagnosis of CRA.3.The best critical value of serum Ang-2 for diagnosis of CRC is 31.69ug/ml and it has good effect and reliability in the diagnosis of CRC.The combined detection of serum Ang-2 and CEA levels can significantly improve the detection rate of CRC.4.Serum Ang-2 can be used as an important auxiliary tool for early screening and diagnosis of CRC. |
