| Objective:To observe the recent clinical efficacies of intratympanic NGF injection for the obstinate tinnitus. Methods:65patients with obstinate tinnitus (70ears) were divided into three groups,each group were treated with traditional drugs. As well,the test group(15patients) was treated with tympanic NGF injection, the control group A(22patients) was treated with muscle NGF injection,the control group B(28patients) was treated with traditional drugs only. Tinnitus matching were tested before the treatment immediately and after the course of treatment by10days. Results:10patients in test group felt better,two of them were recurred, The effective rate of the test group was66.67%,better than control groups.4patients in control group A felt better, The effective rate of this group was16.67%,worse than test group.5patients in control group B felt a few better, The effective rate of this group was16.13%,also worse than test group. Conclusion:Intratympanic NGF injection had a positive effect on obstinate tinnitus。The effective of tympanic NGF injection was better than muscle NGF injection and traditional treat. |
