Objective:Discusses the FGFR2gene polymorphism in the han and Uygur national minority breast cancer’s distribution and with the breast cancer susceptivity relations.Method:Using the polymerase chain reaction-restrictive fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method, to examine Uygur national minority feminine and han nationa breast cancer patient and control group FGFR2the gene rs2981582position spot polymorphism analysis, to analyze in this spot polymorphism and the breast cancer susceptivity relations and breast cancer the immunoprotein expression relations. Results: FGFR2the gene rs2981582position spot gene minute conforms to Hardy-Weinberg to be balanced; the allele distributes the non-statistics difference.Uygur and Han ethnic group of patients with genotype distribution and allele frequencies significantly different (P<0.05).TT/CT genotype was significantly associated with increased risk of breast carcinoma compared with the CC genotype (P<0.05).TT genotype was significantly associated with increased risk of breast carcinoma ER negative and high lymphatic metastastic compared with the CC genotype(P<0.05).Conclusion:FGFR2Gene polymorphism is different between two ethnic and breast cancer patient group and control group are associated with the susceptibility of han breast cancer and uygur population identified variants were also consistently validated can improve the risk predictive ability of breast cancer.
