| Objective:To analyze and understand the status quo of clinical application of PDA, so as to standardize nursing personnel PDA applications, improve the implementation effect of PDA, to ensure the safety of nursing care,information closed-loop management of nursing service provided basis and reference.Methods:1)Obtaining PDA work statistic statements and reports data on nursing adverse events;2)Adopt the self-designed "the questionnaire about the application status quo of PDA mobile nurse workstation", investigation was conducted among1068nurses in hospital that a third rate in xinjiang field and recycling. Results:1)Scan rate is mixed, but the basic work after the PDA popularization application; PDA application range, use frequency and willingness of using is higher; Use the influence factors of willingness for:age, gender, department, position, title, position, working years, on an average day in charge of the patients, mobile nurse workstation training frequency, related factors as follows:nurses’ knowledge of PDA problems, acceptance, use frequency, frequency, smooth degree, the degree of influence, support system;2) before and after the PDA nursing adverse events related to the identification of constituent ratio77.5%,58.8%respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3) nursing management quality condition of PDA (including frequency, content, quality, etc) is uneven. Conclusion:1) PDA applications, has achieved initial results, ensure the quality of care, but managers should still be on the quality of care while increasing its details, do move the continuous improvement of nursing quality, strengthen the importance of support system at the same time;2) PDA to ensure patient safety and improve the possibility of a safety nursing;3) Nursing managers should be gradually unified information quality standard, in order to improve the effect of the clinical application of PDA, promote nursing information construction. |
