With the gradual emergence of infectious diseases, the task of the medical examination is becoming heavier and heavier. As a new test technology,Enzyme4inked immunosorbent assay occupies an important and irreplaceable position in the modern clinical laboratory. Because of its relatively high accuracy and sensitivity, it is widely used in clinical laboratory. But if the test is done by manual operation, the probability of human error will be high, different operators will often have different different test results, and with the increased number of tested samples, it is difficult to satisify the practical requirements by manual operation. The appearance of the Immunoenzymatic analytic system solves the problem for clinical laboratory, as an automated medical equipment for blood test, it can replace the inspectors to complete the whole test process,greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of the test.In this paper we design and implement Elisa workstation monitoring system according to the status at home and abroad and the actual situation of enterprise. The system is composed of four parts including reagent program interface module, operating interface module, results interface module and mechanical settings interface module. It connects the Elisa workstation through serial port and sends commands of actions to the Elisa workstation. The system also can process the returned data.The design and implementation of the system bases on Visual Basic, selects Access2003as the database management system, adopts the serial communication of RS-485and uses methods and ideas of software engineering. The paper firstly describe the research background and significance of the subject, the research status at home and broad and the goals and research of the subject. Then it describes the technology and analyses the requirement of the system. In this process, the paper gives the design of the whole system and the detailed design of each functional module, it also introduces the design and implementation of system database, as well as the the format and content of communication protocol. Lastly the paper explains the implementation of system in detail, including the interface design of all modules, the functional description of interface and some core codes of system.The design of system has been completed and realized the communications between host computer and Elisa workstation. It is proved to be effective, achieving the desired goals.
