Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis With Wugong Baidu Decoction Addition And Subtraction Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath in the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome).Methods:108 patients with plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome)who attended dermatology outpatient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between December 2020 and December 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were selected in the treatment order.Then 108 patients were divided into three groups with 36 patients in each group by simple sort randomization.Treatment group 1 was given the combination of Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction and traditional Chinese medicine bath.Treatment group 2 Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction,The control group was given Xuefu Zhuyu tablet and Liaoxuan Kaxifu pill.At 0±2 days,7±2 days,14±2 days,21±2 days,28±2 days,the skin lesions and TCM symptoms of the three groups were observed and recorded.Serum triglyceride and serum total cholesterol levels were detected on day 0±2 and 28±2,respectively,and the safety indicators of patients in the three groups were recorded.At day 28±2,the efficacy of the three groups before and after treatment was evaluated according to the efficacy index,and the safety of the drugs was evaluated in combination with the safety indexes before and after treatment and the adverse reactions during treatment.Result:1.PASI score and TCM syndrome score of patients in the three groups were evidently improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement in PASI scores and TCM symptom scores was better in treatment 1 and treatment 2 groups than in the control group(P<0.05),and better in treatment 1 than in treatment 2 group(P<0.05).2.After clinical observation,the total effective rate of skin lesion improvement in the three groups was 88.57% in treatment group 1,74.29% in treatment group 2 and 62.50% in control group,respectively.There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the overall efficiency of rate of the three groups in terms of improvement in skin lesios.3.After treatment,serum triglyceride and serum total cholesterol levels in 3 groups showed a decreasing trend compared with before treatment,but there was no significant difference among 3 groups after treatment in serum triglyceride and serum total cholesterol levels(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath can effectively improve the PASI score and TCM syndrome score of patients with plaque psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome).2.Wugong Baidu Decoction addition and subtraction combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath is a safe and effective method for the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome).
