Objectives:To observe the curative of pushing manipulation with one finger on lumbar disc herniation (LDH) and probe into the mechanism of it.Methods:60patients suffered from LDH that according to inclusion criteri were selected. Patients were divided into two groups by random. Control group was accepted traditional treatment such as rolling and rotating maneuvers, Grasping Manipulation, rubbing reduction, and Pulling Manipulation. Cure group was accepted new treatment that composed with pushing manipulation with one finger, rolling and rotating maneuvers, Grasping Manipulation, rubbing reduction, and Pulling Manipulation. Each group was assessed with lumbar vertebra diseases cure result grade, common peronel nerve conduction velocity mensurate, tibial nerve conduction velocity mensurate in order to evaluate the motor function of lower limbs and the ability of daily living.Results:1.After the treat of LDH patients, there was significant differences between the lumbar vertebra diseases cure result grade in cure group and control group (P<0.05).2. After the treat of LDH patients, there was significant differences between the common peroneal nerve MCV mensurate in cure group and control group (P<0.05).3.After the treat of LDH patients, there was significant differences between the tibial nerve MCV mensurate in cure group and control group (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.After the treat of LDH patients, the clinic symptoms of each group patients was alleviated. There were different degrees of improvement in curative effects.2. The curative effects of pushing manipulation with one finger in LDH is affirmation. It can improve the grade of lumbar vertebra diseases cure result; accelerate the common peroneal nerve MCV and tibial nerve MCV so that to improve the lower limbs’ motor function.3. Compared with the grade of lumbar vertebra diseases cure result, nerve conduction velocity mensurate can evaluate the lower limbs’ motor function in LDH patients more objectively and more accurately.
