Objectives:1. By measuring the influence of breast cancer postoperative drainage fluid on angiogenesis, exploring the traditional Chinese decoction of Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo relationship with the breast cancer cell prolifera--tion.2. Further exploration the effect of TCM on perioperative of breast cancer in surgical wound healing and systemic inflammatory response. Methods:According to the random way of30patients with breast cancer will be divided into two groups:each group have15patients. The experimental group in the preoperative one day, postoperative one-seven day have adopted Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo decoction, while control group in the same time have adopted physiological saline, which The same as the experimental group packaging. Both groups used the same way of anesthesia, surgical procedure and postoperative treatment. The drainage fluid will be extracted respectively after6hours,12hours,24hours or48hours and the fluid drainage bags will be changed. And detection the amount of drainage fluid at each time point and the total time of drainage. Drainage fluid will be used for chick chorioallantoic experiments, the number of micro-vessels in the chorioallantoic membrane will be tested. At the same time, Inflammation of the inflammatory response related factors will be tested,APACHE-â…¡ evaluation and VAS evaluation will be conducted. VEGF of the drainage fluid. Drainage fluid will be used for cell culture, watching on the influence of cell proliferation and cell cycle. Related protein expression will be tested through the Western blot. Drainage fluid will be used for chick chorioallantoic experiments, the number of micro-vessels in the chorioallantoic membrane will be tested.Conclusions:1.The medium dose of Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo decoction have the best inhibition of angiogenesis.2.Traditional Chinese decoction of Yi Qi Huo Xue Tong Luo can not only reduce the inflammatory reaction of perioperative patients of breast cancer, Improve the oxidative stress state as well.It is advantageous to the surgical wound healing and recovery after the operation.
