Analysis Of The Situation Of Breast Cancer In Five Modes Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:Through analyzing the use of traditional Chinese medicine five treatment models in patients of cancer, try to provide the reference for integrated traditional and western medicines on breast cancer.Material and method:Breast cancer patients from May to July 2015 treated in oncology department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and the data was collected by using Microsoft Excel. The data include basic condition, clinical stages, western combined therapy, treatment from May to July 2015 in oncology department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, five treatment models of Traditional Chinese Medicine defined according to western combined treatment(Preventive treatment, Addictive treatment, Consolidation treatment, Maintenance treatment, TCM treatment), to summarize and analyze the use of five treatment models of TCM in patients of breast cancer.Results:Most patients are in the stages of preventive treatment and consolidation treatment, less of them are in the stage of addictive treatment, and least of them are in the stages of maintenance treatment and TCM treatment. More than half of the patients are in the early clinic stage(after surgery with no tumor), less of them are in the stages of metaphase( cancer=1) and advanced stage( cancer ≧2), and least of them are in the stage of terminal stage(deathbed). All patients of early stage are in preventive and consolidation treatment phase, most patients of metaphase stage are in addictive treatment phase, most patients of advanced stage are in maintenance and addictive treatment phase, all patients of terminal stage are in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment phase. Most patients in the preventive stage are in the preventive stage of endocrine therapy. Patients in the addictive treatment stage are all in the addictive treatment stage of endocrine therapy. Most decoctions of patients with endocrine therapy use Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction as main prescription, adding and subtracting herbs with the syndrome characteristics.Conclusion:Five treatment models of Traditional Chinese Medicine are able to combine with the whole process of western combined therapy.
