The Experimental And Clinical Research Of Effects On Anti-oxidative Stress And Angiogenesis Of Breast Cancer Patients During The Perioperation Period With Traditional Chinese Decoction Of San Huang Kang Yang Hua

Objectives:1. To explore the effects of anti-oxidative stress of breast cancer MCF-7cells and the mechanism of anti-angiogenesis with traditional Chinese decoction of San Huang Kang Yang Hua.2. To evaluate the effects on breast cancer patients during the perioperation period with traditional Chinese decoction of San Huang Kang Yang Hua through the pathway of interfering of anti-oxidative stress and followed by inhibition of angiogenesis.Methods:1.Blank group with only MCF-7cells culture,3experimental groups of experimental group1with the ratios of Hangqi:Zhi Da Huang:Jiang Huang to1:1:1, followed by3:1:1and6:1:1for experimental group2and3, oxidative group with hydrogen peroxide stimulation and deoxidation group with NAC interfered were established for the research. The cell proliferative assay, VEGF level in the super fluid of cell culture with ELISA experiment. VEGFmRNA expression will be tested through the qPCR,VEGF protein expression will be tested through the Western blot.2.30breast cancer patients were randomly applied to experimental and control groups equally.100ml of the decoction of San Huang Kang Yang Hua which was packed the same as that of the experimental drug was oral taken twice per day for each patient for the patients of experimental group besides the basic treatment, whereas no treatment as a replace for the control group.1day before operation with12hours and7days after operation, the contents of NO, SOD,VEGF in the serum were detected. At the same time, the sores of the symptoms caused by oxidative stress were recorded.Conclusions:1.Traditional Chinese decoction of San Huang Kang Yang Hua have the ability to antioxidate the breast cancer cells with the function of antiagiogenesis and thereby should be beneficial to decrease the metastasis and recurrence of breast cancer in the future.2. It can reduce the oxidative stress of breast cancer patients during the perioperation with the traditional Chinese decoction of San Huang Kang Yang Hua by ways of its anti-oxidative effects and anti-angiogenesis followed, which will be beneficial for the recovery and anti-metastasis for such patients.
