| Purpose:Use of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Western Medicine theory, through observing the clinical effects of Jia Wei XinGui pain treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea patients with kidney deficiency and cold blood stasis and the changes of TNF-α、IL-8、CA125、 B-ultrasonic before and after treatment, for a probe into its mechanism of action.For reflecting the feature about Conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and provide clinical basis during treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.Methods:Select50cases of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea patients match the standards. Divided into cure group and compare group randomly.25cases in cure group starting take Jia Wei XinGui pain5days before menstruation, Fried with water, once time morning and night, until Menstrual clean.Other25cases in compare group starting take YUEYUESHU granule,Fried with water, once time morning and night, until Menstrual clean.3period of each group. Through observing mend matters of dysmenorrhea and change of TCM symptom and changes of uterus volume size、serum CA125、tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)、Interleukin-8(IL-8).Results:There are significant differences(P<0.05) about CA125,IL-8, dysmenorrhea points and TCM symptom points before and after treatment between the cure group and compare group, indicating Jia Wei XinGui pain’s superiority.TNF-a of cure group have significant differences(P<0.01) after treatment indicate cure group was superior to compare group.There are not significant difference(P>0.05) about uterus volume size between two groups indicate similar effect between Jia Wei XinGui pain and YUEYUESHU granule.Conclusion:1.This study emphasize warming kidney and enhancing yang, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, Jia Wei XinGui pain could obviously alleviate dysmenorrhea, improve TCM symptom, lower serum CA125、TNF-α、IL-8.2.There are not significant differences about the effect of uterus volume size between XinGui pain and YUEYUESHU granule. |
