XinGui Pain By Colon Perfusion Efficacy Of Adenomyosis Dysmenorrheal And Impact On Serum Levels Of ET、NO

Purpose:Through observing the sitation that XinGui pain warming the kidney and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis by colon perfusion makes the change of treating adenomyosis dysmenorrhea、endothelin (ET)、nitric oxide (NO)、ultrasound、situation of CA125before and after treatment, we evaluate the clinical effection of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by colon perfusion treating adenomyosis dysmenorrhea. Exploring the influence of XinGui pain about endothelin (ET)、nitric oxide (NO) and CA125.Studing the correlation between these drug which is XinGui pain maded up of and endothelin (ET)、nitric oxide (NO)、CA125, that can provide clinical basis of conservative treatment to secondary dysmenorrhea of Adenomyosis, put forward a kind of suitable method widely used to clinical treatment.Method:Dysmenorrhea people diagnosed Adenomyosis of50cases are divided into2groups according to the standard,treatment group of25cases begins to use the method of colon perfusion before a week of menstruation, Chinese traditional medicine with XinGui pain is made strong Fried until80-100ml, gently infused,1time/day, retained more than30min.12consecutive days for one period of treatment. Control group of25cases in a week before menstruation takes medicine of SanJieZhenTong capsule,4granule/time,3times/day,12consecutive days for one period of treatment. According to this method,the two groups are treated continuously for three menstrual cycles,then observing influence. Comparing the clinical curative effect of treatment between control group and treatment group.Exploring the influence of different treatment for ET、NO, making observation records and statistical analysis.Result:The clinical symptoms of XinGui pain of colon perfusion and SanJieZhenTong capsule both can not only relieve the symptom of adenomyosis, but also make menstruation regularly,improvethe rate of pregnancy. After treatment the score of two groups compared about dysmenorrhea has significant differences(P<0.05),shows that XinGui pain effection is superior to SanJieZhenTong capsule. The changes of two groups about the total clinical efficacy、TCM syndrome curative effect and score、NO、CA125are significantly different(P<0.05), shows that XinGui pain effection is superior to Sanjie Zhentong capsule. The two groups after treatment, ET level is lower than before treatment. ET level of treatment group before and after treatment has no significantly different(P>0.05), ET was no significant difference between groups after treatment (P>0.05) shows that Xin Gui pain and Sanjie Zhentong capsule in decreasing serum ET have similar effects. Two groups in minimizing the uterine volume have the same effection,two groups before and after treatment the uterine volume both can be reduced, after treatment curative effect of two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05), shows that analgesic efficacy of Xin Gui pain is same as Sanjie Zhentong capsule with minimizing uterine volume.Conclusion:Xin Gui pain prescription of warming the kidney and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis by colon perfusion, can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea in patients with adenomyosis and other symptoms; coordinate ET and NO balance, decrease ET or increase NO; decrease the level of serum CA125; reduce the volume of uterus to some extent. In the course of treatment no significant adverse reactions hanppyies, the curative effection is reliable, traditional Chinese medicine by colon perfusion can be used as one of effective and safe methods of conservative treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea,prove the Chinese medicine treatment of this disease advantage.
