The Clinical Research Of Ba-liao Acupoints On The Post-stroke Constipation Patients

Objective Post-stroke constipation could do various extent damage to stroke patients.In mild case appear abdominal pain,the serious case even appear intestinal obstruction.In this study,the method that point embedding therapy with Ba-Liao acupoints was used for post-stroke constipation patients.and by the efficacy comparision of the common acupoints and Ba-Liao acupoints.also by the efficacy comparision of common acupuncture and point embedding on Ba-Liao acupoints.To explore the effect of Ba-Liao acupuncture points for the post-stroke constipation patients.Methods There were 90 cases in the study.The patients were randomly allocated to three groups,one group treated by ordinary acupuncture method with routine acupuncture points,and the observation A group treated by ordinary acupuncture method with Ba-Liao acupuncture points,and the last group received the point catgut implantation method with Ba-Liao acupuncture points.And one course of treatment consists of two weeks that every week received 5 times acupuncture or 3 times point embedding.After two course of treatment,compared the three observation index,which contain the scores of TCM symptoms,the scores of CCS,the scores of PAC-QOL.Compared with the statistical data to screen the optimization treatment method.Results Before the treatment,there was no different statistically(P>0.05)between the treatment group and the observation groups in terms of age,course of disease,as well as the other relevant factors.after two course of treatment,the data was changed.11the scores of item symptom: after two course of treatment,the data of first defecations time,defecation interval time,and the speed of defecation had statistics difference statistics(P<0.01),it indicated that Ba-Liao acupoints could shorten first defecations time and the interval time,accelerate the speed of defecations.and the point embedding therapy had a supper results(P<0.01).By the comparision of stool form and the the difficulty of defecation,the Ba-Liao acupoints had a better outcome than common acupoints(P<0.01),but the point embedding therapy had no statistics difference with the acupuncture on Ba-Liao acupoints(P>0.05).by the comparision of the awareness of defecation,the common acupuncture method had no statistics difference between the common acupoints and Ba-Liao acupoints(P>0.05).but the point embedding therapy was superior than the others(P<0.01).2 after two course of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms were decreased,and the group which used the point catgut implantation method obviously shorten the first defecations time and interval time of the defecation.improve the speed of defecation(P<0.01).it indicated that Ba-Liao acupoints had a better function on decreasing the scores of TCM symptoms,and the the point embedding therapy was supper for the post-stroke constipation patients.3 There was no significant different in the scores of CCS and PAC-QOL before the treatment(P>0.05),after 2 course of different treatment,the scores of the CCS and PAC-QOL reduced to some extent,and mostly in the group which used the point catgut implantation method(P<0.01).it indicated that Ba-Liao acupoints had a better function on decreasing the scores of the CCS,and the the point embedding therapy was supper for the post-stroke constipation patients.4 After two course of treatment,the index of the clinical effect was collected.the curative rate of the group which treated by ordinary acupuncture method with routine acupuncture points was 37.93%,the curative rate of the group which treated by ordinary acupuncture method with Ba-Liao acupuncture points was 58.62%,the curative rate of the group which received the point catgut implantation method with Ba-Liao acupuncture points was 66.67%,the date with significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion Ba-Liao which belonged to bladder meridian located on lumbosacral region.Ba-Liao acupoints had bidirectional benign acupuncture effect for gatism,and taken as the superior acupoints for pelvic floor dysfunction.And the method that point catgut implantation method with Ba-Liao acupuncture points was used for post-stroke constipation patients.Ba-Liao points helped relieve constipation,and point catgut implantation method could be effective to extent the time of stimulation.And this method provided a new approach to the post-stroke constipation patients.
