Clinical Research Based On The Decoction Invigorating Liver And Spleen For Liver Fibrosis Caused By Chronic Hepatitis B

This study is consist of objective、method、results and Conclusion.Objective:To observe the clinical effect when invigorating spleen prescription for treating liver fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis B, verify advantages in serology indexes, imaging indexes, symptoms and signs when compared with Western medicine.Method:There are two parts which includes theoretical research and clinical research, The part of theoretical research focuses on the treatment experience from ancient doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine, learn the method they used for deficiency of liver and spleen qi, surely the premise is a patient of liver fibrosis, discussing the therapy with syndrome differentiation of former treatment of liver diseases by benefiting liver qi, By this way, we can explain the necessity and feasibility of invigorating liver and spleen in TCM theory; In the clinical research part,30cases were treated patients and30cases were control group patients who get the same treatment except for traditional Chinese Medicine, Comparing the data from two groups in the view of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS19, verified the advantages of invigorating liver and spleen qi in the treatment of liver fibrosis. Among them, patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for symptomatic treatment, the patients in control group were only given western medicine for symptomatic treatment, treatment lasted for six months. The results before and after treatment are recorded including liver function, hepatic fibrosis index, the thickness of spleen, the width of portal vein, symptom scores, which are statistically analyzed with spss19software, and draw a conclusion.Results:the treatment group could improve patients’ liver function in which ALT and AST predominates, It shows obvious improvement in the indexes of liver fibrosis, symptoms and signs, such as fatigue, Hypochondrium pain, poor appetite, Abdominal distention, dry and bitter taste and other subjective symptoms, compared with those in the control group has significant advantages, but there is no tangible improvement basis in the thickness of spleen and the width of portal.Conclusion:(1) invigorating liver and spleen party by virtue of the advantages of Chinese medicine dialectically, liver and spleen qi deficiency patients improve subjective feelings, in the clinical treatment effect and objective indices, and higher security;(2) to observe the use of invigorating liver and spleen improve degree of1-2after a course of treatment of patients, type of TCM liver accumulation (liver spleen qi deficiency) treatment, validate the necessity of tonifying liver qi;(3) through the analysis of clinical samples of liver function, hepatic fibrosis, portal vein, spleen thickness, results, provides an objective basis and new ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment in traditional chinese medicine.
