The Clinic Efficacy Of Pelvic Inflammatory Infertility By The Method Of Combining Regulating-menstrual-cycle With Enema

Objective:This study intends to observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Tiaozhou method combined with enema method for treatment of pelvic inflammatory infertility and explore its mechanism of action, and assess the feasibility and advantages of Tiaozhou method combined with enema method for treatment of pelvic inflammatory infertility based on the improved pregnancy rate, clinical symptoms and signs after treatment, thus seeking for an effective treatment method of pelvic inflammatory infertility.Methods:86patients with pelvic inflammatory infertility were randomly divided into three groups, including the treatment group (Tiaozhou+enema, n=31), the control group1(Tiaozhou n=30) and the control group2(enema, n=25). The treatment was lasted for three menstrual cycles. After treatment, the improved pregnancy, clinical symptoms, signs score and menstrual score were observed.Results:The pregnancy rates in the treatment group, control group1and2were35.48%,13.33%and12%, respectively, and the treatment group was significantly different from the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rates of symptoms in the treatment group, control group1and2were87.09%,76.67%and64.00%, respectively, and the treatment group was significantly different from the control group (P＜0.05). The total effective rates of local signs in the treatment group, control group1and2were93.55%,70%and92%, respectively, and the treatment group was significantly different from the control group (P＜0.05). Before and after the treatment, treatment group and the control group2compared the menstrual score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:Tiaozhou method combined with enema method can not only improve the pregnancy rate of pelvic inflammatory infertility, but also significantly improve the clinical symptoms and anxiety states, indicating that Tiaozhou method combined with enema method is effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory infertility, which is worthy of promotion.
