Clinical Observation Of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined With Fuzheng Tongluo Method In The Treatment Of Pelvic Inflammatory Infertility

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with Fuzheng Tongluo method with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory infertility with Qi deficiency and heat stasis syndrome.To evaluate the feasibility and advantages of laparoscopic surgery combined with Fuzheng Tongluo method in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory infertility,so as to find an effective method for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory infertility by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.Both groups were treated by laparoscopic surgery to restore their pelvic physiological structure and tubal patency.The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Tongluo method for 6consecutive menstrual cycles after laparoscopic operation,and the control group was not treated after operation.After treatment,according to observe the pregnancy rate,non-pregnant patients' TCM syndrome,local signs,hemorheology and pelvic hemodynamics to compare the clinical curative effect.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 60% in the control group.The effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The result showed that the treatment with laparoscopic surgery combined with Fuzheng Tongluo method was more effective than laparoscopic surgery alone.2.After treatment,14 patients in the treatment group were pregnant,accounting for 46.67%,8 patients in the control group were pregnant,accounting for 26.67%,indicating that the treatment group pregnancy rate was higher than the control group pregnancy rate.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the pregnancy rate of the 4~6month(p<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group can effectively improve the postoperative pregnancy rate,the treatment of this disease has long-term effect.3.After treatment,the TCM syndromes and local signs of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),which indicated that the two groups had therapeutic effect on TCM syndrome and local signs.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.After treatment,the two groups of hemorheology were improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01),compared the efficacy of the two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),in which the low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,with significant differences(P<0.01).The results showed that laparoscopic surgery combined with Fuzheng Tongluo method can effectively improve the pathological state of high blood viscosity and slow blood flow.5.After treatment,the ovarian artery and uterine artery hemodynamics in the treatment group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the control group of the uterine artery and ovarian PSV index,PI index,with significant difference(P<0.01),there are significant differences in the ovarian artery RI index(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups had improvement effect on pelvic hemodynamics.The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05,P< 0.01).Among them,in uterine artery,PSV and RI,the effect is better than the control group,there is a very significant difference(P<0.01),indicating that laparoscopic surgery with Fuzheng Tongluo method can effectively improve pelvicblood circulation.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery with Fuzheng Tongluo method can not only improve the pregnancy rate of patients with pelvic inflammatory infertility,but also can significantly change the clinical symptoms and blood stasis.Suggesting that laparoscopic surgery with Fuzheng Tongluo method is effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory infertility,worthy of clinical promotion.
