Objective:Anxiety and depression is common psychological problems among inpatients in comprehensive hospitals. Due to the particularity of facial and scar, Facial scar orthopedic inpatients are prone to anxiety and depression during staying in hospital, which is affecting the treatment result. This survey studies the condition of anxiety and depression among facial scar orthopedic inpatients, and discusses the influencing factors, providing t basis for intervention measures to improve the life quality of facial scar orthopedic inpatients.Methods:Selecting Facial scar orthopedic inpatients from the Xiangya Hospital, the Second Xiangya Hospital and the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University as objects. Collecting the basic situation of inpatients, and studying the anxiety and depression by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self—rating depression scale(SDS) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Import all of the object’s data to SPSS18.0statistical software to establish the database file and use SPSS18.0statistical software to analyze information. Research content includes:(1) analyzing the basic situation and the occurrence of anxiety and depression of facial scar orthopedic inpatients;(2) Screening with one-way ANOVA and analyzing with Unconditioned Logistic regression analysis the influencing factor of anxiety and depression of facial scar orthopedic inpatients.Results:First, the occurrence of anxiety and depression among facial scar orthopedic inpatients.(1) According to the principle of SAS and SDS scale score, the inpatient with anxiety standard score50or more is divided into anxiety positive, and the inpatient with depression standard score50or more is divided into depression positive. Among221facial scar orthopedic inpatients, there are228person (51.6%) with anxiety mood, and312persons(70.6%). (2)There are214persons (48.42%) with anxiety and depression at the same. The correlation coefficient is0.675(P<0.001).(3) The score of anxiety scale is (51.17±12.81), and the score of depression are (55.49±10.08), which is significant difference from the domestic norm (P<0.001).Second, the study of influencing factors of anxiety and depression mood among facial scar orthopedic inpatients.(1)The result of one-way ANOVA:The detection of anxiety and depression among facial scar orthopedic inpatients in different gender, place of residence, payment method of Medical costs, history of hospitalization, Past medical costs about facial scar, source of scar, scar location, treatment plan, degree of hospitalization satisfaction have no significant difference (P>0.05). The detection of anxiety and depression among facial scar orthopedic inpatients in different registered permanent residence, marital status, level of education, vocational status, family economic income, commercial insurance, scar area are significant different (P<0.05). Different age group, scar contracture, pain degree about scar, the detection of anxiety are significant different (P<0.05),, the detection of depression are not significant different(P>0.05).(2)The score of anxiety and depression scale of facial scar orthopedic inpatients in different gender, history of hospitalization, past medical costs about facial scar, source of scar, scar contracture, treatment plan, degree of hospitalization satisfaction are not significant different (P>0.05). The score of anxiety and depression scale of facial scar orthopedic inpatient in different age group, registered permanent residence, marital status, level of education, vocational status, family economic income, payment method of medical costs are significant different (P<0.05). The score of anxiety scale of inpatients in different scar area, pain degree about scar are significant different (P<0.05). The score of depression scale of inpatients in different place of residence,Commercial Insurance, scar location are significant different (P<0.05)(3)Unconditioned Logistic regression analysis:The variable among influencing factors of patients with anxiety entering the regression equation are marital status, family economic income, pain degree about scar, scar contracture; The variable among influencing factors of patients with depression entering the regression equation are registered permanent residence, marital status, vocational status, objective support scoresConclusions:(1) The detection rate of anxiety and depression mood among facial scar orthopedic inpatients stand for51.6%and70.60%. Clinical staff should care about psychological states of inpatients.(2) Anxiety and depression coexistence in facial scar orthopedic inpatients.(3) There are several factors influenced the anxiety and depression of facial scar orthopedic inpatients:registered permanent residence, marital status, vocational status, family economic income, scar contracture, pain degree, objeetive support scores.
