Objective:Through investigating of the health status of patients in a top three-level hospital of Xiangtan, the article aims to early detect the potential health problem of patients, take preventive measures and long-term monitor, and make scientific service regulations for the hospital.Methods:The5356effective samples were selected from the total5711cases who took the physical examination in the top three-level hospital of Xiangtan during the period from October1,2012to June30,2013, with355cases dropped out due to incomplete information. The physical examination included height, weight, waist circumference, blood lipids, blood uric acid, blood pressure, and blood glucose. Results:1、There were5356effective samples of this survey,of which3489were male,1867were female, the age region of the samples was20-28; and the average age was47.06±14.25;823(15.4%) samples had hypercholesterolemia;1,341(25.5%) samples had hypertriglyceridemia;397(7.4%) had mixed hyperlipidemia;1542(28.8%) had hypertension;1436(26.8%) had hyperuricemia;630(11.8%) had the fat problem; and 439(8.2%) had hyperglycemia.2、The prevalence rate of the above diseases is higher for males than for females. The gender differences of the prevalence rate of hyperglycemia, hypertriglyceridemia, mixed hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, hypertension, and obesity and other diseases were statistically significant. But the hypercholesterolemia prevalence rate was insignificant (P=0.058).The prevalence rate of lipid abnormality was higher for the samples aged30-40than that of the samples in other age stages. The difference of blood uric acid levels was significant for different genders and age groups, and the same case was for the hyperuricemia prevalence rate. The prevalence rate of blood uric acid was significantly higher than that of other age groups.3、The best fitted model of hyperlipidemia, derived from the Logistic regression, should be:logitP=-1.710+0.395X1+0.667XGLU+0.824X2+1.006X3+0.954X4; and the best fitted model of hyperuricemia should be:logitP=-3.013+1.00XGLu+0.501X1+0.731X2+0.800X3+0.368XTG+0.914X4+1.832X5.Conclusions:1、In this study, the samples with dyslipidemia have a prevalence rate7.4%. The prevalence rate of increased blood pressure is28.8%; the increased serum uric acid rate is26.8%, the obesity prevalence rate is11.8%; and the prevalence rate of fasting plasma glucose(11.8%,>6.1mmol/L) is8.2%, The indicators have obvious differences between male and female.2、This study shows that the prevalence rates of the above diseases of different age stages are different. The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia of the30~40age is higher than other ages. The prevalence rate of blood uric acid levels of the20~30age is significantly higher than that of other age groups. Hospitals are suggested to enhance the health service system construction according to the health problems of different age stages.3、The related factors of hyperlipidemia include waist-to-height ratio, fasting blood glucose, diastolic blood pressure, sex and blood uric acid; and the related factors of hyperuricemia include waist-to-height ratio, fasting blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, gender and age. Health education and consulting service will be carried out according to the disease related factors in the next step.
