Objective: To confer the influence and pathogenesis of Pink1RNAion nervous protection of Aβ42transgenic Drosophila.Methods: Elav-GAL4/UAS system Aβ42transgenic Drosophilamodels were constructed by using the promoter Elav-gal4. Using themethod of Pink1RNAi intervention on Aβ42transgenic Drosophila, westudied the influence of Pink1RNAi to Aβ42transgenic Drosophila onvaries areas including life, athletic ability, learning ability and memory.The effect of Pink1on Aβ42neuronal degeneration was researched byHE staining technique. Based on the determination of superoxidedismutase (SOD), study Pink1RNAi on cerebral antioxidant effect Aβ42transgenic Drosophila。Furthermore, the ATP content of the brain tissue ofAβ42transgenic Drosophila was quantified by HPLC.Results: Pink1RNAi can not only prolong Drosophila life, improvethe abilities of athletics, learning and memory, but also reduce Aβ42neuronal degeneration and improve the content of SOD、ATP.Conclusions:We confirmed that Pink1RNAi could protect Aβ42transgenic Drosophila, though inhibiting Aβ42antioxygenation and protecting of mitochondrial function.
