Guliukang Granule In Treating Bone Metastases With Kidney Deficiency And For Effects Of UNTx

Objective:1) To observe the clinical efficacy on Guliukang granule combined withzoledronic acid in bone Metastases patients;2)To observe the influence of uNTx onGuliukang granule combined with zoledronic acid in bone metastases，the influence ofpreliminary discussion Guliukang granule granule by inhibiting the expression ofuNTx and treatment of bone metastases carcinoma.Methods: Select into standard of54patients with bone metastatic carcinoma.54patients, based on the principles of the distribution of the randomized, controlled,divide into the treatment group27cases and control group27cases. Treatment groupwith Guliukang granule receiving intravenous infusion of zoledronic acid，4weeks for acourse；the control group of27cases,to receive intravenous infusion of zoledronic acidalone. Treatment after observing two groups of patients with degree of pain relief,quality of life index changes, and the change of bone metastases, at the same timeusing biotin method of double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) before and after treatment were detected the uNTx, the results werestatistically analyzed.Results: before treatment, there were no significance between2groups in age,gender, the degree of pain, KPS score and uNTx.After the treatment, the treatmentgroup and control group has significant difference in pain (P <0.05); Treatment grouppatients quality of life index9cases had marked effect,14cases effectively; Controlgroup3cases had marked effect,11cases effectively, after statistics analysis havedifference (P <0.05);4weeks after treatment ends, in terms of bone metastasesrecovery, treatment group effective rate was70.4%, the control effectiveness40.7%,the rank and inspection, compared the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); Patients in treatment group was significantly decreased the uNTx (P <0.01),compared with the control group with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. the Guliukang granules combined zoledronic acid treatment of bonemetastases carcinoma, can relieve and even complete pain relief, help to improve the quality of life,promote the repair of bone metastases;2. joint azole osteoma kanggranules to phosphonic acid treatment of bone metastases carcinoma, can lower theuNTX, And inhibit osteoclast activity, imbalance adjustment of osteoclast, reducethedegradation of collagen fiber to achieve therapeutic effect.
