ObjectivesBy contrastive analysis of the observation indexes at the preoperative and postoperative follow-up points of patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,to evaluate the effect of strong waist bone granule on the symptom improvement and bone metabolism after Percutaneous kyphoplasty,and providing a reliable basis for further clinical application and research.Methods72 cases were included in this study,and the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(36 cases)and the control group(36 cases)by the method of random control.After PKP,the experimental group was treated with oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets,intravenous infusion of azolepine acid injection and strong waist bone granule.the control group was treated with oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets and intravenous infusion of azolepine acid injection.The observation time was 6 months,the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups were recorded before surgery,the second day after surgery,2 months after surgery,and 6 months after surgery.the symptoms of TCM were recorded on the second day and 6 months after surgery.Before and 6 months after surgery,bone mineral density and bone turnover markers were measured respectively.And record the number of re-fracture cases during follow-up.Statistical software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results1 Baseline comparison between the two groupsAge,gender,body mass index,course of disease,general biochemical indexes(A LP,Ca,IP),Fractured vertebral segments,number of fractures,evaluation indexes of efficacy(VAS,ODI,BTMs,BMD)of the two groups showed no statistically signifi-cant difference(p>0.05),so the two groups were comparable.2 Improvement of back painComparison within two groups:Tthe VAS scores of each postoperative follow-up point in the two groups were compared with those before the operation,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.VAS scores of the two groups at 2 months,6 months and 2 days after surgery were compared,p<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.VAS scores of the two groups were compared 6 months aftersurgery and 2 months after surgery,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically signi-ficant.Comparison between two groups:preoperative and the second day after surgery,VAS score was compared,p>0.05,no statistical difference.VAS scores were com-pared 2 months after surgery and 6 months after surgery,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.postoperative lumbar and back pain relief was better in the experimental group.3 Improvement of back functionComparison within two groups:The difference of ODI scores between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).ODI scores of the two groups were com-pared at 2 months,6 months and 2 days after the operation,p<0.05,and the differen-ce was statistically significant.ODI scores of the experimental group at 6 months after surgery and 2 months after surgery were compared,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The ODI scores of the control group at 6 months after surgery and 2 months after surgery were compared,p>0.05,and the difference was not statis-tically significant.Comparison between two groups:The ODI score before the operation and the second day after the operation was compared,p>0.05,no statistical difference was found.Comparison of ODI scores 2 months after surgery and 6 months after surgery showed that p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The improve-ment of lumbar and back dysfunction after PKP operation in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.4 Comparison of curative effects of TCM syndromesThe effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%,of which 53.3%was Obviously effective and 40%was effective;The efficiency of control group was 71.9%,the apparent effect was 28.1%,and the effective was 43.8%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the experimental group,symptoms of TCM,such as back pain,soft and sour,lower extremity impotence,inability to hold weight,and dizziness,were alleviated more significantly after PKP surgery than in the control group.5 Changes in bone turnover markersComparison between two groups:PINP between the two groups in 6 months after operation,p<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;There was no statistical significance in preoperative PINP,pre-operative and post-operative 6 months p-CTX comparison of p>0.05.Comparison within two groups:In the experimental group,there was no significant difference in PINP at 6 months after surgery compared with that before surgery(p>0.05).In the control group,the difference of PINP at 6 months after surgery was statistically significant(p<0.05).p-CTX at 6 months after surgery was lower than that before surgery in both groups,p<0.05,indicating a statistical difference.The activity of osteoclasts and osteoblasts in the control group was inhibited 6 months after surgery,while the activity of osteoblasts in the experimental group was consistent with that before surgery 6 months after surgery.6 Changes in bone mineral densityComparison within two groups:In the group,6 months after surgery and before surgery,there was no statistical difference in both groups(p>0.05).Comparison between two groups:There was no significant difference in BMD between groups before and 6 months after surgery,with p>0.05.Bone mineral density of all patients did not change significantly before and after treatment7 Comparison of postoperative refracture rateIn the control group,2 cases(6.2%)had refracture after operation.In the experi mental group,one patient had a refracture after surgery,accounting for 3.3%.The chi-square test showed no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).No significant difference was found in the rate of postoperative refracture between the two groups within a short period of time.8 Security analysisBefore and after the study,all the patients' blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,urinary system b-ultrasound,electrocardiogram,serum biochemistry(Ca,p,liver and kidney function,alkaline Phosphatase,250HD)examination showed no abnormalities.During the follow-up,there were no adverse reactions associated with oral administration of strong waist bone granule.ConclusionThe strong waist bone granule can safely and effectively relieve the residual symptoms of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome after PKP,improve the back function and improve the quality of life of patients.The strong waist bone granule promotes osteoblasts metabolism,indicating that they play an important role in the anti-osteoporosis treatment and may be of certain significance in reducing the risk of re-fracture after PKP surgery.Therefore,This prescription is worthy of further study and clinical
