The Clinical Observation Of Xiangbishu Ointment With Red Light Therapy In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy

Objective To study the clinical symptoms of CSR patients before and after treatment and the improvement of the quality of life,to explore the therapeutic effect of topical Xiangbishu ointment combined with red light irradiation on nerve root type cervical spondylosis,which systematically and comprehensively on the treatment of clinical application value analysis.MethodsThe whole year of 2016 were selected orthopedic patients for clinical research,the number of patients diagnosed as CSR,in which once again choose to meet the inclusion criteria of patients(60 cases)were divided into two groups,each group of 30 cases,group named control group and treatment group.The treatment group was treated with topical Xiangbishu ointment combined with red light radiation therapy,while the control group used pure red light irradiation treatment,after two weeks treatment in patients with treatment of the condition to improve the situation,and to carry out statistical research.Results Treatment group was treated with topical Xiangbishu ointment combined with red light irradiation of the 9 cases of patients with symptoms and signs disappeared,is cured,and 12 patients for efficacy evaluation is satisfied,which is markedly effective,6 cases of patients with curative effect evaluation is acceptable,effective,3 cases of patients with treatment effect evaluation is invalid,the total effective rate is 90%,the clinical cure rate reached 30 in%;the simple application of red light irradiation patients(control group)treated only in 3 cases,7 cases of patients with curative effect evaluation is markedly effective,12 cases invalid is acceptable,a total of 8 cases,the total effective rate(73.3%)than the treatment group,the cure rate low(10%).Conclusion 1,The experiment shows that two groups both can obviously alleviate the clinical manifestation and prognosis of CSR patients.2,The effect of external use of Xiangbishu ointment combined with red light irradiation is better than that of red light irradiation alone.3,The treatment method is convenient,simple,practical,high safety advantages,for the diagnosis and treatment of CSR provides a safe and effective treatment method,worthy of clinical promotion.
