On The Effect Of Shenxiong Granule On Exercise Tolerance Of The Stable Exertional Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease(Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) Patients

With the development of the living standard of people，the rhythm of lifespeeding up and the change in eating habits，the incidence of coronary heart disease isincreasing year by year．The incidence is also increasingly younger．Coronary heartdisease has become a threat to human’shealth in China, also the main cause of death ofour country．Stable exertional angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is a commonclinical type of coronary heart disease． It is a serious threat to human’s health，affecting the quality of life of patients， limiting the amount of the patient’sactivities．It can progress to cardiovascular events，increasing the economic burden ofthe patients，threating the life of patients．So，it has become to the focus of the societyand the medical profession as to its prevention and treatment research．.This study combines the latest research achievements of modern medicine，anduses Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Program．Comparative observation of thepure western medicine treatment and the treatment of Western medicine combinedwith Shenxiong granule in the treatment of patients before and after exercise toleranc，angina classification，symptomatic efficacy of Chinese Medicine．To investigate theclinical efficacy of Shenxiong particles，we can provide an effective new drug forclinical treatment of stable exertional angina pectoris (stagnation of Qi and bloodstasis)．Objective:①Through observing the exercise tolerance of patients before andafter treatment and the change of various index compared with the control，to provideevidence for Shenxiong Granule Treated on the stable exertional angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (Syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis) patients．②Through the study of this subject，we can evaluate the clinical efficacy of ShenxiongGranule on the stable exertional angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (Syndromeof qi stagnation and blood stasis) patients．It can offer the theoretical foundation for thetreatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (Syndrome of qi stagnation andblood stasis) through the method of gas pain and blood circulation．Thereby to furtherimprove and enrich angina pectoris prevention methods．Methods: To select48patients from the hospital from2013to2014diagnosedwith stable exertional Heart Center angina pectoris (Syndrome of qi stagnation andblood stasis)．They were randomly divided into2groups．24cases of the control grouptake western medicine，(including treatment of the primary disease，removingpredisposing factors,rest，control of hypertension，given the vasodilator and so on)．Theother24cases of the treatment group take western medicine while taking ShenxiongGranule for continuous8weeks．Results:①The symptoms and physical signs of both groups of patients aftertreatment are better than those before the treatment．Comparison between the twogroups shows that the angina pectoris of the treatment group (70.8%) is significantlybetter than the control group (37.6%)with significant difference (P<0.05)．②Comparison between the two groups shows that the symptomatic efficacy of ChineseMedicine of the treatment group (70.8%) is significantly better than the control group(41.7%)， with significant difference (P<0.05)．③The exercise toleranc of both groupsof patients after treatment are better than those before the treatment (P<0.05)，and thetreatment group is significantly better than the control group．Conclusion:①The pure western medicine treatment and the combined treatmentof traditional Chinese and Western Medicine both have a good therapeutic effect on thestable exertional angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients．Both treatmentshave a very good improvement on exercise toleranc，angina classificaatio，symptomaticefficacy of Chinese Medicin．②Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicinecombined with western medicine on treating effect onstable exertional angina pectoristreatment result is significant．Compared with treatment group，integrative groupimproved significantly in exercise tolerance，angina classification， TCM syndromesymptoms and other indicators．③Shenxiong granule has good clinical effect onstable exertional heart center angina pectoris (Syndrome of qi stagnation and bloodstasis)．It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients，improve the tolerance of patients with movement，eeduce the number of attacks of angina pectoris，reduce the degree of pain，shorten the time of pain．...
