Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction On Exercise Tolerance Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on exercise tolerance and clinical curative efficacy in CHD patients with stable angina due to deficiency of Qi and blood stasis and provide the basis for Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for the treatment of CHD patients with angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome by comparative analysis of the changes of exercise tolerance indicators,angina curative efficacy scores,and curative efficacy scores of TCM syndrome in CHD patients with stable angina pectoris before and after the treatment with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction.Method:Select 60 CHD patients with coronary angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the Department of Cardiology,Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to October 2017.Randomly group them into the treatment group and control group.Control group:30 patients,who were treated with routine western medicine treatment for 8 weeks;Treatment group:30patients,who were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment for 8 weeks.The changes in the exercise tolerance indicators including metabolic equivalents?METs?,peak oxygen uptake?Peak VO₂?,peak oxygen uptake per kilogram?Peak VO₂/kg?,anaerobic threshold?AT?and anaerobic threshold per kilogram?AT/kg?,angina pectoris curative efficacy scores,and TCM syndrome curative efficacy scores were compared between the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment,as well as the changes of all indicators in two groups after the treatment.Results:1.The metabolic equivalents?METs?,peak oxygen uptake?Peak VO2?,peak oxygen uptake per kilogram?Peak VO2/kg?,anaerobic threshold?AT?and anaerobic threshold per kilogram?AT/kg?were improved in both groups,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group after treatment?P<0.05?.2.The curative efficacy scores of angina pectoris were improved in both groups,and the total effective rate of angina pectoris efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment?P<0.05?.3.The curative efficacy scores of TCM syndromes were improved in both groups,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment?P<0.05?.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can improve the metabolic equivalents,peak oxygen uptake,peak oxygen uptake per kilogram,anaerobic threshold and anaerobic threshold per kilogram in CHD patients with angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome to improve their exercise tolerance.2.Yiqi huoxue Decoction can relieve the onset of angina pectoris in CHD patients with angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,improve their TCM syndromes to make their clinical efficacy better.
