ObjectiveTo investigate the affect factors and treatment of the bad wound healing following Gynecological abdominal operation, so that we could provide some reasonable guidance to deal with these factors in clinic.MethodsFrom January2009to December2013, the clinical data of2456Gynecological abdominal operation patients were retrosPectively analyzed. To analyze the risk factors that would cause bad abdominal wound healing. The factors may include:1.age;2.BMI;3. complicated medical diseases (including diabetes mellitus, anemia, hyPoProteinemia, etc.);4. operative time;5. the type of anesthesia;6. the length of the incision;7. the type of incision in operating;8. the type of operation;9. anesthesia. Then completed the follow-up questionnaire, establish a database, do statistics and analysis on the data and get the results. According to the relations between different factors and the back wound healing, Methods SPSS19.0software Package was used for statistics and calculating the single factor with chi-square test, Logistic regression technique was used to indentify multiPle risk factors. A P-value of<0.05was considered significant.ResultsThere were2456post-operative patients on the research and got four results. Firstly, the most common ages of the patients ranged from25to59(90.5%). Secondly, the range of bad wound healing was22.8%. In this paper, incision drainage was shown as the major clinical manifestation of impaired wound healing(80.8%), which mostly appeared on the4-7th days after the abdominal operation. Thirdly, Age, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, surgical classification, days before operation, time of the operation and type of operation were the risk factors associated with abnormal healing. Fourthly, only Sihuangshuimi combined with infrared irradiation was the effective factor which contributed to promoting the impaired wound healing among all different intervening measures.ConclusionBased on the studies, we’d better control the risk factors during the pre-operation and post-operation to improve the healing rate, especially when the patients suffering under the advanced-age, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and surgical classification. Incision drainage was shown as the major clinical manifestation of impaired wound healing, it’s necessary to the appropriate measures as soon as it shown out. Sihuangshuimi combined with infrared irradiation may be the efficient way.
