| ObjectiveWith the improvement of people’s living standard, the declines of patients with gynecological surgery ages, as well as the deepening of medical research, patients are paying more attention to the speed and quality of wound healing. LAVH and CKC is clinically very common gynecological surgery. Infection, vaginal bleeding, slow-wound healing, polyp generation, chronic pelvic pain and so on always are the common postoperative complications. The postoperative wound healing situation of patients directly affects their hospitalization time, quality of life and postoperative psychological conditions. This study suggests gynecological surgery belongs to the incised wound, the main pathogenesis is deficiency, cold, blood stasis and qi stagnation after operation, so traditional topical application should be adopted in treatment, in order to restore the deficiency and dispel cold, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and remove pus and generate muscles, with the purpose of promoting wound healing. In this study, we have took the postoperative vaginal stump of LAVH and postoperative cervical wound of CKC as an example, and after using the medicament of "Shengyu No.1" used in gynecological wounds, observed the related indicators such as vaginal bleeding, the naked eye situation of vaginal stump and cervical wound healing and the healing time etc. to explore the clinical efficacy of "Shengyu No.1" as an self-made prescription, when for external application, it can help to promote wound healing after gynecological surgerymethods1, In this study,60 patients with LAVH were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The test group were given the "Shengyu No.1" solvent after the operation of vaginal stump suture, with gauze dipped it coated on the stump, and filled in the vagina; 2and 5 days after operation, respectively apply the medicament in vaginal stump evenly; the control group were treated with Iodophor. All patients were followed-up by clinical examination after 1 week and 4 weeks and telephone inquiries at the 10 day,15 day postoperatively. Finally, compared the efficacy of the two groups, through recorded the body temperature and blood, vaginal bleeding time postoperatively at the 2 day, the scores of vaginal stump wound healing score and symptom postoperatively at the 7 day and 1 month, as well as the healing rate and the incidence of the residual polyp postoperatively in 1 months.2, In this study,36 patients with CKC were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 18 patients in each group. The test group were given the "Shengyu No.1" solvent after the operation of vaginal stump suture, with gauze dipped it coated on the stump, and filled in the vagina; 2 and 5 days after operation, respectively apply the medicament in vaginal stump evenly; the control group were treated with Iodophor. All patients were followed-up by clinical examination after 1 week,2 week,4 weeks,6 week and 8 week. Finally compared efficacy of the two groups by recording the body temperature and blood, vaginal bleeding time postoperatively at the 2 day, the scores of vaginal stump wound healing score and symptom postoperatively at the 7 day and 1 months as well as the cervical stenosis, the incidence of cervical adhesion, and the cervical wound healing weeks.All data were input into Excel 2003 to establish the database, using spss20.0 statistical analysis software to analyze all the observed indexes after data processing, p<0.05 had statistical significance.results1,The vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume, scores of stump pain and swelling score postoperatively at the 7 day, the stump wound healing score after 7 days and 1 months postoperatively, and the healing rates after 1 months postoperatively, all of above records for the patients of LAVH test group were compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); the body temperature and blood postoperatively at the 2 day, the amount of stump secretions and smoothness, and polyp incidence rate after 7days postoperatively, all above records of the two groups patients showed no significant difference (p>0.05).2, The vaginal bleeding time, bleeding volume, scores of stump pain and swelling score postoperatively at the 7 day, the stump wound healing score after 7 days and 1 months postoperatively, and the healing rates after 1 months postoperatively, all of above records for the patients of CKC test group were compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); the body temperature and blood postoperatively at the 2 day, the amount of stump secretions and smoothness, the bleeding volume after 7days postoperatively, the amount of secretion and stump smoothness, as well as the incidence of cervical stenosis, all above records of the two groups patients showed no significant difference (p>0.05).conclusion1, "Shengyu No.1" as an self-made prescription, when for external application, it can help to promote the wound healing of vaginal stump after LAVH and the wound healing of cervical wound after CKC2, "Shengyu No.1" as an self-made prescription, when for external application, it can effectively shorten the bleeding time of vaginal stump after LAVH; it can improve the quality of stump healing obviously, the short-term and long-term therapeutic effect also was obvious, which has obvious effect in 3 aspects, such as reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding in the early stage, relieve stump pain and swelling; at the same time, it can improve the stump healing rate and the quality of patients’life to achieve the goal of overall rapid recovery.3, "Shengyu No.1" as an self-made prescription, when for external application, it can effectively shorten the bleeding time of cervical wound after CKC; improve the quality of healing the wound the short and long term, especially in early remission stump pain and swelling effect those 2 aspects, the effect is significant, and its immediate effect is better than long-term; at the same time, it can accelerate the wound healing time and improve the quality of life of patients to achieve the goal of overall rapid recovery.4, "Shengyu No.1" as an self-made prescription, when for external application, it has a high degree of safety, no adverse reaction was found. |
