ObjectiveBy analyzing the correlation between the distribution of TCM of the aged suffering from hypertension and dyslipidemia and lipids level and risk factors such as gender and smoking, and physical types, to explore the characteristic of TCM of the aged suffering from hypertension and dyslipidemia. From the physical point of view to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of disease, to improve the level of the disease in the clinical dialectical therapy.MethodsChoose300cases of aged patients suffering from hypertension and dyslipidemia and use the method of classification in TCM constitution. Collect the data of patients such as gender and BMIC. And add up and analyze the characteristic between the data collected and the hysical types. Analyze the correlation between risk factors of the aged suffering from hypertension and dyslipidemia by Logistic.Results1.300cases of senile patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia were found in20categories constitution., single physical185cases, and68cases of two physical folders, three and24cases of physical folders. Gentleness12cases (4.0%),47cases of Qi deficiency (15.7%), Yang mass in38cases (12.7%), phlegm30cases (10.0%), heat mass58cases (19.3%), qi and blood stasis32cases (10.7%), qi and phlegm25cases (8.3%), qi and blood stasis and phlegm19cases (6.3%). The remaining number of cases appears to be less than10physical type, a total of39cases (13.0%). It It illustrates that physical type of senile hypertension and dyslipidemia in patients with damp-heat, phlegm, qi deficiency and blood stasis based.2. Senile hypertension and dyslipidemia nine kinds of physical types, smoking patients blood stasis constitution ratio, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Senile hypertension and dyslipidemia nine kinds of physical types, different body proportions of patients in the yang quality to compare the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Senile hypertension and dyslipidemia nine kinds of physical types, different ages of patients in Qi deficiency constitutes the difference was statistically significant compared (P<0.05).Conclusion1.TCM constitution of senile patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia constitutes quality in heat, qi deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis at most, suggesting that these physical constitution of the main types of the disease.2. Smoking in patients with blood stasis constitute a relatively high aspect ratio than non-smokers.3. Hypertension and dyslipidemia in patients with age, BMI was positively correlated with the yang quality.4. Hypertension and dyslipidemia in patients with senile age was positively correlated with Qi deficiency.
