Objective:To study the general pattern in patients with hyperthyroidism with insomnia, including gender, age, course of disease, and the syndrome differentiation of the six meridians type distribution of insomnia, clinical manifestation and syndrome differentiation of the six meridians typing rules.Methods:The object of this research is the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from2012March to2014March in Department of Endocrinology, department and outpatient department, accord with the diagnosis standard of patients with a total of314cases of insomnia, which meet the criteria for the diagnosis of patients with a total of295cases, general information of patients were collected, the collection in patients with clinical symptoms and tongue and pulse through the "four", general insomnious disease analysis, summary of hyperthyroidism complicated with, and in accordance with the six meridian syndrome differentiation typing to compare, contrast, analysis of the case.Results:No significant differences in the sex ratio of hyperthyroidism with insomnia and insomnia patients without complication. No significant relationship between the duration of the age and the incidence of a disease and patients with hyperthyroidism hyperthyroidism patients with insomnia. In the. Hyperthyroidism patients with insomnia in any age incidence rate is very high.③hyperthyroidism with insomnia six meridian syndrome differentiation typing a certain distribution. The Shaoyang syndrome and the syndrome is most common, followed by Yangming syndrome.④hyperthyroidism with insomnia belong to Yang Syndrome, the clinical manifestation of insomnia in difficulty falling asleep, sleep time is short, easy to wake up and dream; belongs to the Shaoyin syndrome and Taiyin syndrome, with daytime residual effect as the main performance; Jue yin disease syndrome insomnia show no obvious characteristic.Conclusion:In the hyperthyroidism with insomnia patients, the incidence of hyperthyroidism complicated with insomnia and course of disease, patient age and gender had no significant relationship, the incidence rate is very high in hyperthyroidism patients. Combined with syndrome differentiation of the six meridians in hyperthyroidism patients with insomnia type, with Yang Syndrome, clinical up to sleep, dreams to wake up as the main performance.
