Research objectives:Collecting clinical data of hyperthyroidism patients and using statistical analysis method to explore the relationship between the distribution of six-pattern syndrome, age, gender, blood lipid, uric acid and other related laboratory examination, this research aimed to provide guidance and assistance for the prognosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism, especially hyperthyroidism with hyperuricemia and hyperthyroidism with dyslipidemia.Methods180 patients with hyperthyroidism of this research were all collected from March 2017 to January 2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM endocrinology department.Information collection table was set up and used to record the hyperthyroidism patients' four diagnostic information and laboratory results. After data collection,we analyzed the data and made conclusions, which included the characteristic of six-pattern distribution of patients with hyperthyroidism and related laboratory examination.Results180 patients with hyperthyroidism were successfully included in this research.According to the six-meridian syndrome differentiation, statistics have shown that the syndrome of Shaoyang lost pivot, gallbladder fire depression syndrome patients were the majority? The number of this syndrome is 48,accounting for 37.22%of the total number of patients.Yin and Yang deficiency with cold and dampness syndrome patients were 48 cases, accounting for 35.56%.Yang Ming excessive heat and Qi Yin deficiency syndrome were 21 cases, accounting for 11.67%.Mixed cold and heat syndrome of shaoyang were 17 cases, accounting for 9.44%.Three Yin deficiency with excessive heat syndrome were 16 cases, accounting for 8.89%.Yin and Yang with mixed cold and heat syndrome were 11 cases, accounting for 6.11%.In general, males account for 29.44%of the total population and females 70.55%of the total population, and there is no significant difference in the proportion of males and females among different syndromes(P>0.05).In terms of age, patients of Shaoyang lost pivot, gallbladder fire depression syndrome were younger than that of Yin and Yang deficiency with cold and dampness syndrome. The difference of age between different syndrome groups were both significant(P<0.05).In terms of thyroid function and thyroid related antibodies, the differences in TSH,FT4 levels,anti-TPO,anti-Tg and TRAb levels in six syndromes were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of FT3 level among different syndromes was statistically significant(P<0.05),and further comparison between the two groups showed that the FT3 level was higher in Shaoyang lost pivot, gallbladder fire depression syndrome and Yang Ming excessive heat and Qi Yin deficiency syndrome(P<0.05).Among 180 patients with hyperthyroidism,67 patients were also with hyperuricemia. The difference in the rate of hyperuricemia comorbidities in different syndromes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Higher proportion of patients combined with hyperuricemia were shown in Yin and Yang deficiency with cold and dampness syndrome and Three Yin deficiency with excessive heat syndrome(P<0.003).There was a significant difference in the concentration of Chol among the different syndromes groups(P<0.05),and the concentration of Chol of the patients in Shaoyang lost pivot, gallbladder fire depression syndrome group was lower than that of those in Yin and Yang deficiency with cold and dampness syndrome and Three Yin deficiency with excessive heat syndrome group(P<0.003).HDl-c levels were significantly different among the syndromes groups(P<0.05).The concentration of HDL-c of patients in Shaoyang lost pivot, gallbladder fire depression syndrome group was lower than that of those in Yin and Yang deficiency with cold and dampness syndrome Three Yin deficiency with excessive heat syndrome and Mixed cold and heat syndrome of shaoyang group(P<0.003).The concentration of HDL-c of patients in Yang Ming excessive heat and Qi Yin deficiency syndrome was lower than that of those in Yin and Yang deficiency with cold and dampness syndrome(P<0.003).There was no significant difference in the concentration of LDL-c and Tg among the syndromes groups(P>0.05)Conclusion:According to six-pattern syndromes, the ratio of male to female in each syndrome type was equal, and female was more prone to be with hyperthyroidism. There were differences in age among different types of syndromes.Patients of Shaoyang lost pivot, gallbladder fire depression syndrome was youngest and Yin and Yang deficiency with cold and dampness syndrome was oldest. In terms of thyroid function and thyroid related antibodies, the differences in TSH,FT4,anti-TPO,anti-Tg and TRAb levels of six different syndromes were not statistically significant, but the FT3 levels of patients with Yang syndrome were higher. The hyperthyroidism patients with hyperuricemia were the most common in Yin and Yang deficiency with cold and dampness syndrome and Three Yin deficiency with excessive heat syndrome group.Reduced blood lipid level was more common in hyperthyroidism of Shaoyang lost pivot, gallbladder fire-depression syndrome and Yang Ming excessive heat and Qi Yin deficiency syndrome.Hyperlipemia was more common in Yin and Yang deficiency with cold and dampness syndrome and Three Yin deficiency with excessive heat syndrome.
