Al ldata collected were analyzed with SPSS17.0software.Results1. There was no significant difference between two groups in the aspec ts of gender, age, coure of disease, X-ray classification and WOMAC osteoart hristis index before therapy (P>0.05).This showed that two groups had co mparability.2. After two courses of treatment, treatment group6cases were clinic al cured,13cases had marked effect,9cases of effective and ineffecti ve in2cases, the total effective rate was93.33%;Control group clinical recovery in3,6cases had marked effect,15cases were effective, invali d6cases the total effective rate was80%. After statistical analysis, the clinical effects of the treatment group was better than the control group, but in the total effective rate, there was no significant difference.3. After two courses of treatment, the score of the WOMAC index of the two groups were improved, including the three indexes and the total score. In reducing pain aspect, there was no significant difference between the two groups; but in reducing knee adhesion and the difficulty of the daily activities aspects and the comprehensive effect, the treatment group was b etter than the control group.ConclusionThe clinical effects on knee osteoarthritis treated by eletroacupunct ure dazhu, shenshu, jin’s3-knee point and eletroacupuncture jin’s3-knee points are obvious, but the former is superior to the latter, especially in reducing knee adhesion and the difficulty of the daily activities and th e comprehensive effect.
