| Purpose:Traditional Chinese medicine therapy by observing the blood system consumptive disease(chronic aplastic anemia) before and after treatment of clinical manifestation, summarize the clinical efficacy of bilateral Shenshu sticking medicine treatment of its application.Method: Select 45 cases of chronic aplastic anemia in hospitalized patients, treatment with Traditional Chinese medicine "kidney" as the center of diagnosis and treatment, to the oral medicine, quiet spot, with both sides sticking Shenshu medicine, parallel dialectical therapy. Traditional Chinese medicine therapy were observed in peripheral blood and clinical symptoms of chronic aplastic anemia in patients with the syndrome, analyzing the clinical efficacy of various syndromes.Results: 1. Peripheral blood aspects: WBC, HB, PLT significantly increased, there were significant differences, including kidney, kidney yin deficiency type WBC difference before and after treatment(P <0.05), and kidney yang WBC and each card significantly different type HB, PLT(P <0.01). 2. In terms of disease efficacy: treatment of disease 84.4% total efficiency and kidney deficiency type with no significant difference in efficiency(P> 0.05); and kidney yang deficiency were significantly different(P <0.01). 3. Aspects syndromes: syndromes total efficiency of 77.8%, and the type of kidney deficiency efficiency was no significant difference(P> 0.05); and kidney yang and kidney were significantly different(P <0.01).Conclusion: 1. Traditional Chinese medicine therapy pedigree consumptive disease(chronic aplastic anemia) significant clinical effect, and more effective than kidney yin deficiency; 2. Shenshu sticking medicine treatment method has high security, preparation method is simple, easy method of operation advantages worthy of promotion. |
