ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate plasma protein in patients with different TCM Syndromes of psoriasis vulgaris by MALDI-TOF-MS, and to analyze their differential expression.Methods40patients were selected and divided into psoriasis vulgaris group(n=30)and control group(n=10healthy cases). Collected the outer periphery of anticoagulant and separated the Plasma. Investigated plasma protein by MALDI-TOF-MS, and analysed their differential expression.ResultsDiscover2different protein peaks when comparing psoriasis vulgaris group with control group. Comparing different TCM syndromes groups with control group can find out different protein peaks.1protein peak was found when comparing blood heat syndrome group with blood stasis syndrome group;2protein peaks was found when comparing blood heat syndrome group with blood dry syndrome group:4protein peaks was found when comparing blood stasis syndrome group with blood dry syndrome group.ConclusionDifferent protein peaks can be found when comparing psoriasis vulgaris group with control group. But the sample size need to be expanded.
