Objective:Our study was aim to perform retrospective analysis with clinical data of186patients with lymphoma, who were hospitalized in Yanbian University hospital from January2007to September2013.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed with clinical data (age, gender, nationality, other basic situation, clinical features and laboratory indicators etc.) of patients with lymphomas in Yanbian University hospital. Results:There were80Korean-Chinese and106Han-Chinese patients with lymphoma. Local superficial lymph node enlargement was the most common symptoms in these patients (29%), especially cervical lymphonodes (20%). Fifteen percents of patients had symptoms with digestive system, like loss of appetite, abdominal distension and pain. Extralymphatic organ involvement occurred in107patients, and the Pharyngeal Waldeyer’s ring was most affected organ(37.4%).There were172patients with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL,92.5%),4patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL,2.2%) and10unclassified patients (5.4%). Of the172patients with NHL,93cases (54.1%) was B cell lymphoma, and49cases (28.5%) was T cell lymphoma. There were80Korean-Chinese patients with lymphoma, B cell lymphoma was39cases and T cell lymphoma was24cases. There were106Han-Chinese patients with lymphoma, B cell lymphoma and T cell lymphoma was54and25respectively. There were10patiens with Angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma (AITL,20.4%) and6patients were Korean-Chinese,4patiens were Han-Chinese. Splenomegaly was found in6cases.Among the93B cell lymphoma patients, there were13Hepatitis B and13HepatitisC patients (14%). However, in49cases of T cell lymphoma, there wer e15Hepatitis B patients(26.5%) and3Hepatitis C patients (6.1%). Hepatitis B infection rate inTcell lymphoma issignificantly higher than in B cell lymphoma (P<0.05). The143cases of newly diagnosed patients were divided into two groups by IPI score,(0~2and3~5points group). The LDH, white blood cells, hemoglobin and the lymphocyte absolute value change were recorded. Elevating of LDH level and reduction of hemoglobin were common in3~5group, and there is significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). However, the white blood cells and lymphocyte absolute value changes had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. There was no significant difference between Korean-Chinese and Han-Chinese in the incidence of lymphoma in yanbian area, The ratio of male and female were same in Korean-Chinese patients, but not in Han-Chinese.2. The most common type in Yanbian area was diffuse large B cell lymphoma.3. The incidence of AITL in Korean-Chinese are higher than Han-Chinese, Spleen was the mainly affected organ in Yanbian.4. HBV infection rate was significantly high in T cell lymphoma patients.5. Data in this study showed that the elevated LDH and decreased hemoglobin was related with prognosis. However, the changes of white blood cell and lymphocyte absolute value were not obviously effect prognosis.
