In recent years, Dihuangwan class party more and more reports of clinical treatment for modern diseases such as diabetes,even also appear more complex diseases such as cancer, the modern application of Dihuangwan class party has made a certain achievement and recognition.But the Dihuangwan class party sort is more. Especially like Guifudihuangwan,Liuweidihuangwan,Zhibaidihuangwan,Youguiwan,Zuoguiwan, based on "development" principle, the above compounds were used by sharing, combination in different time, also treated the same disease, but the different effectiveness and mechanism of them is not clear. At the same time, Due to adverse publicity led to Dihuangwan class party not rational drug use problems have emerged Dihuangwan class party not rational drug use problem, have adverse consequences for patients, and bring bad influence for traditional Chinese medicine. This topic without changing the original structure of the party, with three kinds of Dihuangwan class party s as the research object, based on the research of domestic in recent years for kidney essence, hope reveal the different action mechanism of Dihuangwan class party with the help of neuroendocrine immune network, then discusses the influence of unreasonable of Dihuangwan class party to the pathological model. And combining the "Junchenzuoshi" compatibility theory of traditional Chinese medicine, we study the properties and characteristics of Dihuangwan class party, analyzed the influence of the compatibility to compounds medicine properties and pharmacological effects.Methods1. Using classic modeling by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone two weeks, To observe the cAMP/cGMP levels, rectal temperature, weight, Mental state.2.After the modeling, Liuweidihuangwan, Guifudihuangwan, Zhidihuangwan continuous oral administration three weeks.Then the rats were killed, observed the rectal temperature, weight, Mental state3. Using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect the rat plasma cAMP, cGMP, CRH, ACTH levels, and serum CORT, the content of IL-2and IL-4;4. Using Fluorescence quantitative PCR method to detect the kidney tissue NF-κB mRNA expression levels.Results1. Tntramuscular injection of hydrocortisone kidney deficiency rat model can be successfully replicated, the model rats appeared emaciated, hair loose, listlessness, lack of exercise, such as cold obvious " yang deficiency signs ";2. Three Dihuangwan class party could significantly elevated body weight deficiency (P<0.05), but the effect of the difference between the three Dihuangwan class party improvements in terms of rectal temperature greater,Guifudihuangwan showed significant increases rectal temperature effect (P<0.05), although Liuweidihuangwan showed warming in the latter role, but the effect was not as good Guifudihuangwan; Zhibaidihuangwan will not exhibit elevated rectal temperature effect (P>0.05).3. cAMP levels in plasma of rats in the model group had no significant change, cGMP levels were significantly increased, significantly decreased cAMP/cGMP ratio. By giving three Dihuangwan class party, found that in addition Guifudihuangwan can significantly elevated cAMP/cGMP ratio (P<0.05), Liuweidihuangwan Zhibaidihuangwan howed no significant change (P>0.05).4. Model group HPA axis function in rats were significantly inhibited,plasma CRH, ACTH, serum CORT levels compared with the normal group was significantly decreased (P<0.05), Guifudihuangwan and Liuweidihuangwan could significantly restore HPA axis function in rats, which Guifudihuangwan better than Liuweidihuangwan Zhibaidihuangwan has no significant improvement in the state of HPA axis suppression effect.5. Compared with the normal group, model group, serum IL-2, IL-4levels were significantly changed; compared with the model group, Guifudihuangwan Liuweidihuangwan could significantly alter serum IL-2, IL-4levels, Zhibaidihuangwan was no significant change in the role.6. Compared with the model group, the Guifudihuangwan, Liuweidihuangwan group can significantly reduce the NF-κB mRNA expression in kidney tissueConclusion1.Dihuangwan class party were used on the basic of strict dialectical application, curative effect not rational drug use may lead to instability or delay treatment.2.Combined with experimental research as well as the compatibility analysis, three kinds of Dihuangwan class party on attribute show that Guifudihuangwan is hot, liuweidihuang is warm,Zhibaidihuangwan is cold.3.Three kinds of Dihuangwan class party in neuroendocrine immune network effects on kidney Yang deficiency rats exist obvious differences, guifudihuangwan can obviously improve the kidney Yang deficiency rats HPAT axis suppression of state,Liuweidihuangwan to kidney Yang deficiency rats showed a certain improve the immune function and the weight, but weakly.4.This topic selected three kinds of Dihuangwan class party, compatibility of theoretical analysis in the whole party background,found that the "three up" part of class party effect on the immune system is more apparent,"three down" part on the neuroendocrine system is more apparent.5.Dihuangwan class party in the add and subtract should be combined with the characteristics of the characteristics of the "Junchenzuoshi", and consider the overall efficacy of flexible application.
