Study Of Xinkai Kujiang In The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis

Chronic gastritis (CG) is chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa caused by a variety of causes which is common and frequently occurring disease. The disease is hard to be cured and an important precancerous disease of stomach cancer. CG with epigastric pain, abdominal distention, anorexia, vomit as the main performance is belong to "stomachache", fullness, "noisy", nausea, area of traditional Chinese medicine. Method of acrid opening and bitter dropping is eliminating and attempering of traditional Chinese medicine, which is grouped by two kinds of drugs, pungent hot and bitter cold. These drugs are opposite side, pungent and bitter, opening and down, which are opposite and complimentary. They have the function of this method is Xie Xin Tang of Pinellie Tuber, Xie Xin Tang of gingerand and Xie Xin Tang of licorice.The first part is theoretical study which considers that exogenous evil, a variety of factors of internal injuries and damage such as anomalistic diet are the major causes of CG. The pathogenesis of CG is t he mixing cold and heat lifting disorder. Identify the main symptom and focusing on emptiness and solid, cold and heat are the points of differentiation of CG in the differentiation of CG. We should clear the main pathogenesis of mixing of cold and heat lifting disorder, distinguish character of variety of symptoms. It is necessary to correcting understand the main symptom, carefully distinguish cold and heat We should regulate our method according to different exogenous evils, the performance of different local microcosmic exhibition. This study considered that the law of Acrid opening and bitter dropping is the main treatment for CG which adjust the virtual and solid, eliminate stasis and heat, mediate gasification, eliminate poison, clear dampness and dirty by using cold and heat drugs. In order to obtain satisfactory results, we should combine the basic governance law with regulating blood circulation, dredging liver Qi and at tempering stomach assimilation dampness and other therapies according to tongue and pulse performance.The second part is meta analysis of Acrid opening and bitter dropping treatment of CG. The final 29 relevant trials included in meta analysis which were conducted in China. It included 3285 people,1868 people in treatment group and 1417 people in control group. Results show that there is significantly better than the comparison group. Negative rate of HP compare with 7 studies included a total of 635 people,327 in treatment group and 308 in control group, which shows Acrid opening and bitter dropping can increase the rate of H.P negative. Meta analysis shows that Acrid opening and bitter dropping treatment of CG is better than western medicine group. There has an advantage of combination therapy in western medicine.
