Background:Functional dyspepsia(FD)is one of the most common diseases in digestive system.In our country,the prevalence rate of the disease is 18%-45%,accounting for 20%-50%[1]of the gastroenterology clinic.Refers to the exclusion may cause postprandial fullness,early satiety,upper abdominal pain and(or)other disease symptoms such as burning sensation,derived from gastric and duodenal region with the symptoms of organic,systemic and metabolic diseases,serious impact on the patient's health and quality of life.The clinical manifestations included early satiety,postprandial satiety,epigastric pain,and(or)burning sensation,[2].Among them,postprandial discomfort syndrome(PDS)is an important type of FD.It is one of the subtypes of FD.It belongs to eating related functional dyspepsia.The postprandial distress syndrome,western medicine treatment and the curative effect is not significant in single prokinetic agents,such as Domperidone Tablets or Si Shah Billy,but western medicine dose,long course of treatment,prone to drug side effects such as[3,4]problem.Chinese medicine believes that functional dyspepsia as "syndrome" category,mainly due to emotional upset,with the injury of spleen,stomach disorders caused by lifting,therefore in the etiology of gastric[5].Need to adjust the cold and heat,spleen and stomach in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.In this study,the Nanjing area of functional dyspepsia postprandial discomfort in patients as the research object,aiming at the spleen dampness and liver stomach disharmony syndrome type two,using the xinkaikujiang method of TCM treatment,and according to the actual situation was not satisfactory.Purpose:Observation of the clinical curative effect of XingKai KuJiang Method treating Functional dyspepsia and Postprandial Distress Syndrome for patients in Nanjing and discussion the possible action mechanism.Method:A total of 60 patients from October 2015 to October 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group had a total of 30 patients.Treatment group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction + Zuojinwan compound decoction treatment,After 4 weeks,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed.Results:The results showed that the early satiety,epigastric burning,upper abdominal pain and other symptoms of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05;and the treatment group curative effect index was as high as 93.3%,higher than the control group of,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of treating functional dyspepsia patients with functional dyspepsia using XinKai KuJiang Method is good.This study shows that the XinKai KuJiang Method in treating "Pi Zheng" like spleen deficiency and liver stomach disharmony is significant.The mechanism of this method may be related to gastric emptying and gastric motility.
