Hormone Treatment Combined With Different Blood Glucose Levels In Type2Diabetes In Patients With Sudden Hearingloss Efficacy Analysis

ObjectiveCollecting from Otorhinolaryngology Head and neck surgery.emergency,inpatient and outpatient of Department of Endocrinology at the Fourth Center Clinic College of Tianjin Medical University who diagnosis type2diabetes mellitus patients with sudden deafness.we are studying type2diabetes with severe or very severe in patients with sudden hearingloss, who are accepted hormone therapy,as well as different levels of blood glucose under control to observe the effect of hormone use, to guide clinical practice.MethodsTo evaluate Otorhinolaryngology Head and neck surgery,emergency.inpatient and outpatient of Department of Endocrinology at the Fourth Center Clinic College of Tianjin Medical University from September2009to March2013.All patients accorded with the standard of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes guidelines which announced from America Diabetes Association in2005and treatment of the Chinese Medical Association otolaryngology head and neck surgery branch for sudden deafness;Through the text of clinical and endoscopic ear. temporal bone CT scan excluded acute and chronic external auditory canal. middle ear, inner ear diseases:there were no significant complications of diabetes, and no other organ and system diseases; patients of hearing loss is severe or very severe; patients from the onset to treatment were administered in three days; all patients had no hormone using taboo. The patients according with all were the research objects.Test one:Using the same glucose-lowering drugs will patients fasting blood sugar and meals2hours after blood glucose control in7.8～13.9mmol/L, in the use of other common treatments premise, compared to use, or not to use hormone treatment of type2diabetes with sudden hearingloss (severe or extremely severe) patients differences. Test two:Each patient all use other common treatments+hormone therapy, using the same of hypoglycemic agents in patients with fasting glucose and2hours after meals blood sugar control in different levels, observes the patient curative effect difference.ResultsIn the fasting and2hours after meals blood glucose control in the7.8～13.9mmol/L conditions, in addition to other common treatment programs.alternative use of hormone therapy more effective than those who do not use hormones. Use the same common treatment and hormone therapy, patient empty stomach blood sugar and meal latter2hour blood sugar control in different level, therapy in patients with different. In blood glucose control in13.9mmol/L following two different blood sugar levels, hormone therapy can not be considered a significant difference.However, blood glucose control in13.9mmol/L the following use of hormone therapy is effective in blood sugar control in13.9mmol/L or more of patients.ConclusionIn type2diabetes with severe or very severe patients with sudden hearingloss treatment early use of hormones may improve the outcome; in hormone therapy, with attention to control of blood glucose, blood glucose should be controlled in a certain range, can be no control to normal level.
